Why do you not make your own blades??

Because I'm not skilled at it and don't have a forge to do it in. It's also very easy to get good looking quality blades here in Sweden.

Thanks, we'll see how it turns out in the end. I hope I don't spoils it when I start to drill in it.
start small and work your way bigger and bgger to the size you need so it dosent split
