I have heard conflicting stories on what goes on in Gitmo. I have heard that prisoners are allowed a Koran, and that they are denied one. They are allowed prayer time and mats to kneel upon and they are allowed Kosher meals. And I have heard they are subjected to psychological torture. I do not know which of these is true. It seems that both statements cannot be true at the same time.

Pictures speak louder than words Jack, so whether they allow them to pray/give them copy of quran or not, they are being subjected to those hurrific acts, which are disgusting. and not only in Gitmo,but other prisons around the world. its sad,because these are not made up things, there are evidences for it - but the mainstream media does not protray the truth.

More innocent people have been killed by AlQueda roadside bombs than have been imprisoned uncomfortably in Gitmo. Where is your outrage? Where is the outrage of the Muslim people? It seems that the muslim community will get upset at uncomfortable prisons but not at roadside bombs and this is hipocracy. Fight the real force of evil in our time. Fight the evil that cuts off heads of prisoners and plants bombs in mosques, not the one with uncomfortable prisons.

Islaam is a religion of peace, we are not allowed to go around killing innocent people, Allah defined this clearly in the Qur'aan "if anyone kills a person (whether muslim or non muslim) not in retaliation of murder, or (and) to spread mischief in the land - it would be as if he killed the whole of mankind" (5:32).
