1 problem with this video, Christians dont believe in evolution, adaptation, or any what so ever related to the science field until Modern Changes with within the Christian culture. The mainstream of it all was a force that opposed science in every which way, now your using science to say, that noah only needed the "kinds" or the basic groups of each type of animal: Because they would have evolved into what we have today? Lol you just busted your own faith my friend.

This narrator went really fast. I'm hardly an expert on biology or any science for that matter...but even I could see how much of the logistics of feeding, cleaning up after and taking care of these animals was not covered. As an example: How did Noah get all these animals? Did he travel the entire world collecting them? A years-worth of food for an elephant alone would be a huge amount. How would a family like Noahs have the time to take care of all these animals? Too many things not covered.

Notice how in this video the author spends all his time proving the animals will fit then say 'there was plenty of room for cages, food and fresh water for the duration of the year long stay..' what about the lack of genetic variation after the flood ... they would need a hell of alot of animals to produce sane offspring for each so called kind... 10 male 16 female ark x 8000 = 208000 animals... that is double the room of these funky maths ... also alot of those animals would die after a few months in the dark... mad even! also there are thousands more species that cannot mutate that fast over 6000 years lol they would die out at that rate.. have just debunked its literal form!

@awponder another issue to based on actual real evidence.... there would be a massive gap in KINDS as they call it... the fossil record would show that around 6000 to 4000 BC around that time for argument sake... massive lineage gaps... huge ones...as around 95% of the animal kingdom (yes thats right the entire world) very few animals would exist today... Regarding all the sea creatures that they of course didn't take onto the ark, how would they have survived if there was a flood of that magnitude? Most if not all of sea life wouldn't have survived those conditions. And the animals on the ark, how would animals from different regions and climates all survive in a boat for 40 days?? it takes more than food and water to keep certain animals alive.

@markmcpix evolution has genetic evidence showing decent between incompatible lineage of species... what do you have... unpractical stories based on a more down to earth version of it... egyptians knew how to build huge boats... they also do not write about a world flood only the nile itself... one of the kings needed a very large ship to move livestock up the river to stop the destruction of vital food... nothing more .. no magic .. just practical engineering ... they are neighbours afterall!

This video admits microevolution by saying that the original 'kind' of animals can breed to create different types of the animals like coyotes, wolves, border collies, great danes.

1 gallon of water per animal per day(roughly based on a sheep like in the video), there would be (1 * 365 * 30000) = 10,950,000 gallons of water required, taking up roughly (10,950,000 / 7.48) = 1,463,903.74 cubic feet, almost as large as the Ark which is 1,518,000 cubic feet. Almost no room for food/people/animals.

This is not a thorough debunking this man left out the fact that ecosystems would be wiped out. The fact that some animal are carnivorous. What about about the animals on the other side of the world? What about insects, fungi, worms? This, although it looks good on the surface is very short sighted, and I was simply scratching the surface. Christianity = fairy-tale with some ethical truths and outdated modes of reason and cosmology etc..

It's common sense really, how fast can these animals reproduce before the predators eats them? It will take months for cattle and live stock to reproduce and by that time the predators like lions, crocs, tigers, hyenas and other meat eating animals would've eaten most of the animals in the arc before they even have any chance to have babies or they would all die. Whoever made this video is a douchebag.

Debunked? Hardly. To go from a few thousand kinds to the millions of animals we have today there would have to be several transitional species. So where are the creationists transitional fossils, Noah's missing links?

I should also point out the impossibility of building a wooden boat of that size (even today), especially given the types of small scrub trees that grow in the Middle East.
