I've been wondering the same thing also... Seems like it's a mix of several songs on the MAtrix Realoaded album, including songs like this one (speed up some 25%), Matrix Reloaded suite, Mona Lisa Overdrive... You might be able to find the final song name from the subtitles of Matrix Reloaded.
