This is one of the problems in the workplace, pigeonholing people into neat manageable boxes. I submit people do not fit into boxes quite so easily and it really is not that hard to understand, on an individual basis, those things that motivate people. I dislike this kind of limit thinking as it diminishes people and their potential contribution by trying to be overly cleaver.
HOW BOUT DOING A ONE ON ONE INTERVIEW WITH THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATES. THEN MAKE A DECISION ON WHO YOU NEED
