Girl I know where you at, I lost a lot of pounds last year and when training and working out I had no patience, and I was like go away lower stumach fat!!! But the advice is to drink a lot of water!!!!! Like drink around 2,5 lts of water everday for a week. And tell me if it had an affect <3
