i have been in control of my dreams for years it is great,i have more i would like to do wit this state of mind , I feel more to it ,that is why about ten years ago i named myself vlucidity,I painted a room in my home lucidity purple,i am amazed at my ability to even sit here I can close my eyes awake now after doing this for years and go back to a dream i had yesterday morn I can remember my dreams like they are my life now here i have to ask myself am i awake or asleep now always now

when you next have a lucid dream, look at your body!..its exactly the same and so clear if you focus on it, even down to the detail of freckles. Crazy what the brain is capable of. would like to know whether if i lost an arm my brain would know it wasn't there, or still think that it was when i was dreaming...
