I will not judge the work from other inventors. ( I also couldn't find any reliable information or a test report.) But I can say what I did. Many years ago (seventies) I investigated such a principle theoretically and abandoned it already on paper, moving on to other principles...
The over all efficiency is not a number but a function of several parameters and may be between 80% and 90%, This principle has extreme low friction and (extreme high mechanical efficiency) and a hydraulic efficiency almost like a piston pump, but this was not the issue there..
This pump has a world record in the suction capability and is able to run permanently dry without warming. This is often more important and exactly this, what the industry wanted.
Dou you have numbers your pump vs. others? energy used Vs Gallons pumped. In agrucultural enviroment tis is a good form of inovation. How much we have to pay you in % for the contruction of a 100 units?

The centrifugal pump is good for great volumes, but not for high pressure.
The Piston pump is good for high pressure, but not good for high volumes.
My principle is good for both -- high volumes at high pressure and at a high efficiency -- for instance over 100 Gal/min at 1000PSI or more. Do you mean such a unit? All fees are negotiable. You have only to pay inside the USA a small license fee. Please contact me via E-mail.
