VR is rotation speed not V2. V2 like stated is 10 knots more than the rotation speed, and the plane can no longer be stopped since it is already rotating.

i think it is where the pilot can no longer stop the aircraft on the runway during takoff because it is tofast.

Looks like quite a short runway.
I noticed the rotation point was at the "II" mark, and V2 was really near the "piano keys".

@SuperTeen15 Long take-off roll. Pretty standard for a 900 series 737. They're very long and heavy.
