  • I like watching these videos because I'm trying to get back into soccer again after playing it when I was younger then stopping for a few years. I need good tips so thank you in advance :)

  • Wow! I just did this run and man do i feel great, it was fun, tiring, and most of all it was a great workout! Plus, i added a little 30 minute light jog at then end! Thanks Jared!

  • hmm so what about the distance? How far? 20m ? or should I run from the goal - line to the edge of the penalty box or wat?

  • @criskz888 sorry for delay. There is no distance. You go for time. So if you run 20m or 40m in allotted time is all up to you.

  • @tsusajop thanks for the suggestion. I have that video on my to do list of videos. For now you may like this video "Soccer Tips - How not to be nervous before a game" and that will help you prep on the mental side of the game!

  • How many times a week should this workout be done?

  • @frpjcp there's no way to say how many times you should do this a week. I'd say mix it into your training. So maybe on 1-2 times a week you do this type of fitness but not close to a game day. 80% of your training should be on technical work and 20% on fitness if you are a youth player in my opinion.
