i am a huge fan of dragonball and always will be, but when i saw trailers of this movie i knew it would be a failure, i think this is a disgrace to the dragonball episodes. Dragonball was a legend on it's own but this movie crushed the dragonball pride. I dont understand how dickheads with an 100 MILLION DOLLAR BUDGET could make such a sucking movie as this. I hope there will be a new dragonball movie, but let it be one to be worth watching. Im very disappointed, save ur money.

the budget was only 45 million they made half of that in asia alone and they thought that americans would be stupid enough to watch it until fans started to revolt after hearing the feedback from japan and watching the bootleg online. They thought that they could easily make back the money here. But i think they got a big surprise when the fans said no and they opened to just 2.07 mil opening day domestically.

When I first read about the film i was open-minded to the fact it had an adaptation, but no Krillin, Tien, or Chiaotzu, sad. The acting was very poor. I think I'll stick to the Dark Knight.
