Are both programs UltimaSound Audio Spectrum Analyzer?

I'm curious what you used to write/ convert hello into sound.

No, UltimaSound only receives the word "Hello", using its spectrogram display. "Hello" is created using Coagula Light

Sound has frequency and amplitude. Spectrogram shows the sound wave in frequency domain, using either color scale or height to show the amplitude. The PC on right generates sound with word "Hello" being its signature frequency. The PC on the left captures the sound and "decodes" the message.
