What if I substitute the water for hydrogen peroxide, will it work better? I saw on a website that mixing these two together will work better.
I also want to know how many times can i brush my teeth with baking soda/water or HP/baking soda. Can I brush three times a day or will that damage my teeth and/or gums?
dont overdo it. it is said once a week for hydrogen peroxide/baking soda but every other day is not a problem either. u have to be consistent for good results.
i have a question, if u mix the baking soda and water will it transform into a paste? or you'll have to do something else with the mixing for it to become a paste?

you just have to put 50 percent baking soda and 50 percent water and mix until it is pastey. brush every other day for 1-2 min. :D
