wow this is the first time ive seen this type of race and it's unbelievable to see these guys stay perfectly syncronized while going thst fast. almost looks like its a video game.
I don't know the history behind this race, but a win by such a margin is just absurd. Especially during an olympic gold medal race. Was the British team exceptional, or did something happen to the Danish team?
@Chorltonian The only reason they hold the record is because the sport is not popular in the U.S.A. And that goes for ANY sport. Period. The results do not lie. The medal counts do not lie.
@MetricHotrodsdotcom The internet was actually invented by an English man mate - Tim Berners Lee. In fact many "American inventions" were actually originally developped by the English. I'm not trying to get into some vehement argument with you, I'm just trying to be objective.... look at the size of America and consider actually how many sports they dominate compared to Europe for instance, which is of similar size. The main world sports are according to most; Football (or soccer as you'd say),
@MetricHotrodsdotcom Rugby and tennis, all of which are dominated by Europeans.. Great Britain do fantastically in the olympics considering we are but a small island of 60 million. Unfortunately we don't do fantastic at the aforementioned sports even though we were the founders of them lol. Although Rory won the US Open so not all bad
@MetricHotrodsdotcom Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! The sport isn't popular in the U.S.A.?????......................I guess 7-times Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong isn't American then because aparently cycling isn't a popular sport in the U.S.A.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can Britain beat their own World Record??
Chorltonian 2 years ago
If it gets beaten it doesn't matter if it's the same person/people who broke it just that they broke it. Eg Usain Bolt

@MetricHotrodsdotcom So the reason the USA are better than GB at Clay Pigeon Shooting is because we don't carry guns around 24/7?
