I was at the inauguration, standing far back on the Mall, and sang this along with the other 2 million people there. It's great to see that large crowds were singing Hey Hey Goodbye all over the country.
After an 8-year nightmare, a reservoir of pent-up anger and frustration was released in a torrent of relief and pure joy.

I escorted empty convoys back and forth across Iraq so Bush's "friends" in KBR wouldn't lose their contracts or get paid less for conducting fewer convoys. I lost Soldiers and civilian drivers, escorting emtpy fucking convoys. Thank you Obama. I'm a patriot again!
