Take one, (which I suspect is the lower, disc shaped one beneath the nut) and place it in between two flat magnets, which are wedged in between something, in this case the core of what appears to be a wire bundle, preferably plastic.

Neodymium magnets are potent and brittle, so be careful with them.

@luca20yo the coils would produce a magnetic field that opposes the movement of the spinning object, he levitated it through using a diamagnetic material on top and bottom those 2 flat looking things is made of a certain graphite that creates oppositional magnetic force when a magnetic field is put near it. I guess when he applies a current through the floating magnets it just spins, but I doubt it would keep spinning unless the current was applied more frequently.
