@drboii228 No. A thomas with an extra full twist is banned. The move he did was a regular thomas, totally legal.

It was recorded in USAG quick hits as "Double front punch rudi". Of course he's working toward a punch double full, though. Since the 2.5 DLO is only an F, it's kind of pointless to take that extra risk in elite MAG. However I've seen video of him doing it at a 2009 NCAA meet.

that's acutally a open piked hypolito (arabian in, front full out). you could also technically call it 1 1/2 double layout, but it's definitely not a 2 1/2 double layout.
ps - i think his d score is 6.8 for this routine
