I am a fan of both Poison and Extreme, but to put CC Deville and Nuno Bettencourt in the same sentence is a crime. CC wrote a lot of catchy riffs and arena-rock anthems and displayed some killer chops on Flesh & Blood, but Nuno is a guitar god. There is no comparison whatsoever...Nuno can play circles around 99% of guitarists out there, and CC can't even hold Nuno's jock strap.

Extreme is back! "Saudades de Rock" an album of completely (except for 1 song) new material, was released 8/12/08. The first leg of the U.S. tour wrapped up Labor Day Weekend in Syracuse NY (I know because I was there) and they're headed overseas in October through mid December, then they'll traverse the U.S. again next year!  Go see them. They're phenomenal. Fantastic!

1991 sounds a bit early. Late 92 is more like it.

Don't know about that. . . I believe III Sides to Every Story was released by the end of 92 and by the looks of the stage in the video it seems as if they were still touring in support of Pornograffitti. It's very possible that the song could have been written as early as 91.

Yessir - I was wrong. I assumed the soundcheck was post-III sides, but I just read the uploader's comment that this was earlier. Extreme had tons of songs to choose from for each record evidently.
