nice video iwas there 3 days ago and all those places because my aunt lives there but now im back in pennsylvannia, i think the town is in garden grove which is also saigon city
want to know what is the best place to eat drinking foods.. went there usually stop by shop called Binh Dan, on McFadden Ave, any suggestion??? thanx alot.. love the foods..there..
I'm Japanese, and what a coincidence, I live in Garden Grove, which part of Little Saigon is located in, and I was listening to Clocks on iTunes while watching this. Does anybody know that one food place called Lien Hue 2, or something?
Part 2: I was living in Westminster when the Vietnamese refugees first started showing up in 1975 after the fall of Saigon. I couldn't believe how stupid and bigoted so many whites were towards them. I'm a whitey myself, btw. For example, across the street where I lived on Trask Avenue, a couple of kids threw a rock through the bedroom window of the house lived in by the newly arrived Vietnamese family. Hope things are better now.
I enjoyed your video because I have always been impressed with Little Saigon ever since it was developed. I moved to Westminster in 1967, graduated from high school in 1973 and lived in Orange County until 1986. That's right: I'm old! But I remember what the area of Little Saigon looked like before it was developed. It was an ugly run down part of the city, and I was very impressed with how the Vietnamese improved it. I also remember the hostility of many white people towards the Vietnamese
Are you in a Highschool Japanese Class? That is not very good camera work but the Japanese was good. I liked how you shouted out "Go Loser" in traffic.
Yes, I'm in High School Japanese Student. I admit the camera work was shakey, but then again, I pretty much shot the entire thing the day before it was due... ^^'
i like the song by TGB, and your japanese is very impressive, i wanted to go to Troy for the japanese classes but, my grades are only good enough for sunny hills hee ^_^
see what Vietnamese people can do if they work together, help eachother? too bad they only show love in USA not back home, because we're "communist". =\
thanks for the clip. It's like 20 mins away from my house. Best food in the US. haha My girlfriend in Japanese and she loves Vietnamese food too. My family have party like every other week, they celebrate for any event they can come up with. Wanna hangout with us ?
How come I see no girls working here? I think the girl people are lazy.
