@Denosyn yeah cata came back and bit my hunter in the ass end lol. i ended up rolling a arms warrior and sticking to it instead of my long used hunter. hopefully they set things straight soon. on a side note i really wish they would quit nerfing locks. every time a hot fix pops up they seem to half my locks dps. i finally just said screw it and left my lock at 75. just dont seem worth the trouble seeing as they seem to be trying to omit that class from the game without removing it =(

If there are problems in a instances or something GM's can show face ingame, and from my knowledge its only the higher ranking people within blizz that have that power. the people you talk to in your tickets are just your standard customer support.

Just because you have never seen one ingame does not mean that they CANT because its not a common thing....people are just too eager to shout "Private server noob ect....."

Actually gms are allowed to have fun with players. They can't ruin the game or kill you randomly, but joking around isn't against the rules. I've had a gm polymorph me into a pirate and then an hour later when it had gone away reopen my ticket and poly me again and i have screenies to prove :).

This is so real...GMs do have chars they just go around with invisibility command up and they CAN show themselves ingame if there is some kind of buggy event and such to help the players. Dont think its real? look em up. And btw GMs dont have to lvl lol they have commands for that.

actually i can tel you right now this is a fake. first off gms have a standard uniform you cant find in the game and arnt allowed to alter it. this is to signify they are gms. its a blue robe with hood. and secondly they dont come into the game ot give you your lost items. that stuff is sent to you int he mail at a buy back cost.
