Deltona never use to suck. It use to be a nice safe neighborhood to raise your kids in. That's why I moved back here to raise my kids. Too bad my neighbors are druggies, and most everyone here is getting high or other wise wasted and killing each other! IE the murder on Halloween for christs sake.

That's so weird. I still live here, and went to Osteen Elementary, and had no idea they were closing it. A little depressing, and weird. LOL I was there in 2002 and they seemed to be remodeling--I guess they finally gave up.
