Oh, no the size usually depends on which eat the most and get the most Brine Shrimp etc. The ones always catching the food as soon as it goes in are the ones to grow the quickest but the smaller ones will catch up soon.
Only the ones that are deformed get culled and the simple reason to culling is because they don't have a good life if they ain't put out of their misery there's no other option unless you keep them as shops and buyers don't buy deformed ones.
And they can all grow beautiful. The deformed ones just have missing body parts etc that'll never grow.
@sorryunlucky btw you know how to stop the vigorous fighting of dicus when i add a single new discus to my main tank? and its only one that is always chasing him off and making him stressout. if can i will add a new video showing the situation.

He breeds them his self they ain't from the shop his raised them from the egg they hatched.

No they're young in age. They're about 4-5 months old in this video.
