The police Sargent in this story was going to finish his service in a few weeks time, Some one wanted to make sure he does not get his pension, The person taking the video and the lady in the car planed the whole thing. After the tape was shown in court and police Sargent was acquitted after evidence was clearly shown it was a frame up.
