  • Hello.

First off, the legal limit, all 50 states, is under 50cc.

49.4cc is under 50cc, and under it even if you average, .4 and you average to 0, .5 and above and you average to +1.

So there is no question but that this is legal.

Next, California, there everything is against the law!

Traffic enforcement? ask the truckers, California is, and always has been, very hard on enforcement.

Prior to computers, in California you had to keep your registration (pink) on the steering column.

  • Shitass Fucktard!!! You RIDE it

  • at 1:22, why do you need that thing to bend the chain?

  • @Leadmetal300 tenchin so the chain dont jump off i made one lol and it locked up and i went asshole and elbows over the bar at 30 mph no helmit i walked 4 mils home i later found my carb sucked up some water from raine that day oops thats what thes exparamenst are fo i gess lol next time i use a force clutch not cabil lol

  • Arizona 5 years riding pulled over ONCE !!!! California 5 months riding pulled over 4 times. . . fuck cali in the ass with a tomos targa

  • @RevolutionCycles michigan pulled over 8 lol and i had it registered with a moped sticker and evrything

  • @RevolutionCycles After they stop you what happens? Are you cited for anything?

  • motorized bicycles must be, by law, licensed. if the motor bike (moped) is 50cc or under and the power is less than 2h.p. then it can be operated with a regular drivers license. if it's over 50cc and/or more powerful than 2 h.p. then a motorcycle endorsement is required.

  • OMG how gay is that?...your name is Mavis and you are wearing nail varnish and lipstick aren't you? are you a closet horse molester? shame on you... :(

  • You should let it burn out!

  • Is that a skateboard or something on the back?

  • Tips for not getting hassled by cops. Clean safe bike, Reflectors, Mirrors, Helmet, but most important..... NEW SHOES ......

  • @RevolutionCycles ill keep that in mind

  • @RevolutionCycles dont need a helmet if your 18 and over.. just keep reflectors on thats about it

  • somehow i feel when I build mine im gonna have it confiscated within a week (I live in a big city)

  • Hey man ill take the stang in the backround

  • Great work there...just curious..what motor is that from? and was it hard to mount? Thanks

  • In the usa the rule of thumb is 50cc and under... cops do not make you take apart your bike on the street like they do in europe... denmark to be exact... US cops are stupid and you can tell them a 66cc is a 48cc and they will not know... Lie to cops... its your duty as an american...

  • truu that man

  • @RevolutionCycles

I agree with you 100%. Cops are sworn to use discretion, which should ALWAYS be taken advantage of. Go America!

  • that makes me a damn good american

  • are european cops smart or stupid for having people take their bikes apart in the street?

  • "Lie to cops... its your duty as an american... " lol

  • @RevolutionCycles

Somewhere over Northern Europe they drill a hole in your engine casing if you go over 100kmh on your "50cc" moped/bicycle/skateboard. In other words we don't care what the cc's are just behave.

  • @RevolutionCycles HELL YEAH, WE PAY THEIR SALARY

  • @RevolutionCycles been there doen that. said if you want to make me take it apart, ill give you the bill for gaskets, and shop labor to reassemble the engine. i ws let go

  • @RevolutionCycles I wholeheartedly agree. Cops lie to us all the fucking time, so we should return the favor!

  • how much cc can i have a bike before i have to get a license? i need to know!!! thx

  • 50cc

  • what the different than buying a Honda cub....

please someone answer my comment .....

  • Honda cub is not street legal. These are bicycles with helper motors. 49.4cc is just over legal limit but 99% of cops care not...

  • 0ooo...

in your country Honda cub is illegal!!!

    but why its illegal?

    my country everybody have it....

  • @RevolutionCycles usually limit is 50cc's so its just under limit. called a 50, BUT its not displacing 50 cubic centimeters. so it is legal. well most places anyhoo

  • Hi, obviously a Honda cub is perfectly legal, or honda would not have made millions of them. The answer to your question, is that in europe at least, all vehicles have to be "type approved" before you can use them on the road. You cannot just bolt an engine to a bicycle and use it on the road. You could build your own vehicle, but with very rare exceptions [telling lies to the inspector] it would have to be built to the very same standard as a "proper" car or bike so it would be VERY expensive.

  • Well said my good sir... well said.......

  • I want that trailer... I WILL steal it from you if you don't tell me what kind it is, just kidding... or am i lol.

    I want that trailer NOW!!!

  • Can you tell me what the trailer is for? A person to sit in or what?

  • is taking out the baffle better and faster or is it bad for the engine.

  • top speed?

    45 ish?

Is it better than the 2 stroke? if you have rode one

  • what kind on frame is that and how much did you pay for it

    it looks sick as hell

  • nice setup. better than mounting it above the rear wheel with brackets. and the 4 stroke is less of a hassle.

  • Wow, that looks like a very solid build.

  • God that is a huge gas tank

  • what kind of gear box is that. is there anywhere on the internet i could see this stuff.

  • motoredbikes dot com

  • If I were to build an exact copy of this bike, how much money would it take?

  • About $500. i still have it if you wanna buy it.

  • i heard these have power bands that really give you speed

  • Yes the engines spin at almost 8000rpm

  • ok if i put oh say a 5hp briggs and stratton on a bike would it still be sonsiderd street legel ???

  • nope

  • So the 4-strokes are pull-start only? I have a 2-stroke bump-start(pedal-start)

  • Dual start 4 stroke in concept development .... maybe in a year or 3

  • @RevolutionCycles illinos legal to ride these w/no drs. lisc? glenviewpainter at hotmail

  • booaaah good job man km/h???

  • how many cc's?
