@prodiggy13 LA bought their team in 1947, when the league was tiny as fuck. They won 5 championships while still in Minneapolis, so I won't count those. Dallas came into the league in 1980, when there were a lot more teams and a lot more competition.

Oh, and btw - Dallas is a lot more classy of an organization. You'll never see a Maverick do what Bynum did to Barea, nor will you ever see them give up in the playoffs and get blown out by 36 in an elimination game.

But Dallas still never gave up in a 36 point blowout. And when I say LA, I meant the franchise. It's much easier for them to win when they're already established as one of the top 2 richest franchises in the NBA. They've just bought their talent the past 10 years, Mavs can't do that.
