This is hands down THE most fun multiplayer game i have ever played. I had 6 friends over for my birthday, and we played this, and everyone was shouting at the screen and eachother, and it was just hilarious.

If you can get large group of friends around this game is perfect for Wii Parties, last night there were 6 of us playing this and we ended up enjoying it more than any of the other games we had that night.

The Meteorite mode was our absolute favorite mainly cause it was more about staying alive than it was getting to the finish line first.

If you're gonna have more the 4 people at your house to play Wii, you need to have this game

I hate the Wii and love my PS3, my 360 sits and collects dust though because firstly nothing ever comes out for it anymore and secondly the damned things die from pac man.

Hell, you may be saying that the PSN gets all the press but only the massive games, there's so many great games that I can never find any info on.

So it seems downloads period don't get coverage.

Can you use the steering wheel?

The wheel is a plastic shell that has no microchips or anything in it, so in theory is can be used on everygame.

However I wouldn't recomend it for any game as I find it gets in the way.

With this though, there's no motion controls for turning so it'd probably be a bad idea.

Well, the strange thing is I've found the Wii Wheel comfortable for one game outside of Mario Kart... Smash Bros. Brawl.

If you absolutely HAD to play the game with the Wii Remote all by itself, the Wheel seemed to me like a big help since it pushes the B trigger out to a more comfortable, less awkward position.

1. Honestly don't know, Ninty never tell us anything about releases :(

2. The bots are bad but the single player isn't too easy, because the bots while stupid, they'll all just barge into you a lot so it still makes it kinda hard.

3. Bots work on MP :)

4. I think Sprint is better simply because I've ALWAYS loved it.

I got this game a couple of days ago. It's awsome. THe only disapointing factor about this is that when your doing multiplayer with a friend it only has you and his/her car on the track. It would be better is you could have the other comp cars racing to.

Yeah it's a big thing and I'm amazed that there aren't sites that do them. I know they keep track as well as they can do on the VCF and they mainly just used my vids for block sizes as I told them too, lol.

Well with the nunchuck I can understand it because the Nunchuck is for multiplayer (Game doesn't use NGC pads so 8 player is done with 4 Wiimotes and 4 add ons, be they Classic or Nunchuck) but no 1p Classic support sucks.

It is a good ol' fashioned "birds-eye-view" racer, excelling in multiplayer. Good review again Demon. I don't mind the controller type restrictions though, me and my brother tend to just use a Wii Remote each though.

Yeah I love the game but I refuse to pay for it because of the price hike. I was about to buy it when they upped the price and now I'm that stubborn that until they drop it again, I won't buyt it, lol.

As for PixelJunk though, got it, good game, very underated BUT I think Monsters and Eden are better. And I can't wait for Shooter :D

Each game that you download is tied to your Wii's console number.... Much like how XBLA games are tried to a specific 360's console number.

So there's no way to take it to your friends house.

The 8 player is a bit weird. I don't find it too hard, but basically, when you plug a Nunchuck or a classic in, then that's another player.

So like 8 player would be 4 on Wiimotes and 4 on the classics or Nunchucks plugged into those Wiimotes.

There's only turn, brake and accelerate, which is why I don't find it too awkward.

But some will probably complain at lack of NGC support.

Short tracks lotsa laps. It's the only way they could work it, because of how they have to do the camera, 'cause you couldn't have 8p splitscreen so it had to be top down and bigger tracks means zooming out which makes it real hard to see.

Because you can play nearly all of the VC and WiiWare games from an SD card now. That was added after a recent firmware update.

It comes with a hitch though. You need to have enough block space on the Wii flash memory for the game to temporarily load to memory. Basically it's using the Wii memory for caching.
