  • does it work on the stalk

  • my plant got snaped on its own i though she would die she i only few weeks old and i think ur tight the stem is getting thicker she is alive stilll

  • How long do you wanna keep snapping ....is it only in the vegetation stage? Can it be done during flowering?

  • @Cam6990 i don't do it during flowering.

  • @ChicagoDoobs Hey thanks, yeah, deff had to ice it! Had to smoke lots of herb too! Cant tell by the cam, but the nail went all the way through the side of my nail out the bottom of my thumb! Tip just barely came through the other side so I still used my thumb the best I could! Hurt like Hell! LOL! Thanks for the comment on the girls! Much appreciated!

  • @itsfxckindavid It will probably heal itself. It all depends on how bad you damaged the stem. You can wrap the broken part of the stem with self adhesive Gauze tape (available at wallgreens) its a soft gauze like material usually brown in color that sticks to itself but nothing else! I use this myself, very good stuff to have on hand! Thanks for commenting and good luck!

  • good shit man i took his class 2 weeks ago

  • @cmpsurf are u gonna remove all the lower nodes ?

  • @cmpsurf Im not sure what you mean? Are you talking about the lower fan leaves? The plant that I used in this video was just a mother plant from one of my strains Ive been working on for last few years. She's not going to be used to flower out or anything, just for cloning from. Thanks for watching and commenting! Peace. . .Keep smokin!

  • @cmpsurf Nice, He's great, aint he!

  • thank you brotha!! i will be using this technique from now on. do you think i can do this with the main stem??

  • @Jesyika20 For sure! If you are strong enough or if its not too big, for sure, do it! Sometimes you will get a really loud snap and sometimes you will only feel it, and their are the times when it just wants to twist instead of snap. So, just practice and you will soon have it down like a pro! Just remember, the idea is to try and cause as little damage to the outside skin of the plant. Sometimes when the plant heals itself, it swells in that area so much that the stem will split.

  • @Jesyika20 . . . .If it splits when it heals, dont worry, just keep everything really neat and clean in your grow area. It happens sometimes no matter what you do. I have it happen too, and never had any problems arrise from it. Just keep trying it, if you mess up, the plant will still heal itself as long as you dont break the branch in half. Remeber this is stress to the plant, so it will take longer for the plants to vegetate. It takes longer since the plant has to keep healing itself.
