Loool why do people feel so entitled? The royal family is the royal family, they are a monarchy and that's just how it is, they rule a country so they are important and the royal wedding is to. I'm not British but I can see the importance.
This is why our education system needs to be fix as people are dumb fucks when they talk about the American Revolution. Some of our great patriots of the American Revolution wanted a constitutional monarchy like Britain has. Hamilton was big advocate for it. Be historically accurate at least.

Plus I refuse to call her "Highness", Or "Duchess" She Born a Commoner and I'll will refer to her as Catherine (with a C) Middleton. Nothing more, nothing less.
Why is calling her 'Your Royal Highness' such a difficulty. If she'd married Mr. John Smith and taken his name she would have become Mrs. Catherine Smith. Thus, by marrying William and taking his name she becomes Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge etc etc.
It strikes me as pretty snobbish to refuse to call her by her title just because she wasn't born into it. Especially in the 21st Century where Royal Families are largely symbollic figures anyway...

I couldn't care less if she was or wasn't, born into the family, what REALLY pissed me off was the glorification of a wedding which is just another wedding. why can't my wedding be on tv, why can't i ride a luxurious carriage around London, why can't 2 billion+ people know the women, my wife, how much i love her? Why cause I'm a commoner just like the other 62 million Brits.
oh well, hope Kate in the Middle not end-up like Diana or William not going to follow the footstep of his father and the big Bow thinggy.
