Solar power works on Mars, where the sun is incredibly faint. Places like Boston or London or Amsterdam get sun exposure 100 times stronger than Mars, Boston looks like Ecuador compared to Mars, in terms of solar exposure.

Two: The rovers are very low powered vehicles. While solar power can be used for small things, we haven't yet found a practical way to use it for big things. The problem is that the solar cells have to be perfectly uniform, something that has not yet been done.

If this is real, I highly doubt it's a fossil of a dinosaur or other large specie of a lizard. It's possible other forms of life exist that don't need oxygen to breath in the universe but if you ask me, this picture looks more like a random formation of rocks than a fossil.

And being this thing is on the surface, it would have been on the surface in the past 500 years, fossils of ancient life would be buried under the Martian surface by now.

And Ive been looking for days to find video footage from one of the rovers but nooooo....It doesnt seem to exist...can anyone help out here?

I'm a hobbyist astronomer and I don't find things like this either, although this image looks very real on this video. I'm sure this would have been in the media if it was a real fossil, though.

If you look, you can find some pretty good images on the web of Venus's surface as well as Jupiter's moons. Countries have sent rovers many places you don't know about besides Mar's, we're just never told by the media. Could they be hiding something? Who knows, but it's definitely cool.

If there was life on Mars, some plants could propably still exist there. There are some photos, which suggest that there are trees on Mars (or something similar to trees).Plants need just carbon dioxide to live.Even in low temperatures (-60 C-degrees)- like on Earth there could live moss or lichen.Maybe in future (I know that's not revealing) it will be possible to create the atmosphere on Mars abundand with oxygen?
