@stopgenocideingaznow Wait a second. The UN divided the land into two states. A Jewish State and an Arab State. The Arabs rejected this and went to war to exterminate the Jewish State. The Jews won. The Arabs then launched a war of terror against the Jewish State that they continue to wage until this day! The big Arab countries didn't want a "Palestinian State" Egypt occupied the Gaza Strip and the Jordanians occupied the West Bank. It was only until 80's and 90's did they withdraw.

You are a dumbass. Jordanian occupied the West Bank and East Jerusalem from 1948-1967. Egyptians occupied the Gaza Strip in 1948 then Israel occupied Gaza in 1967.

The Arabs and the Jews got along well before some sneaky European Jews wanted to take the land for themselves. Over 700,000 Jews were expelled from "Arab" lands. Jews were considered Dhimmi in those lands and were forced to pay special taxes as well they were prohibited from government, law, educational and medical jobs.

Irgun resorted to 'terrorism' only after the Jewish people had went through thousands of years of state terrorism in Europe. Violence is never a good thing and should be avoided whenever possible, but it has to be viewed in context. When you are fighting for the freedom, even for the survival of your people, it is sometimes justified to resort to "physical force"

So on the whole, Irgun seems to have been a "necessary evil"

The PLO, the IRA, ETA and the Viet Cong are completely separate organizations that have very little in common; the conflicts of which they were a part are completely unrelated and radically different, both from each other and from the Israeli war of independence. So you're going to have to explain your comparison a bit more...
