Really? I don't think so. There are 4 applications for chopping garlic, each giving different flavors and all for different uses. Garlic presses, although handy and profitable for cookware shops are never a good choice. I have taken many classes at 'professional' schools. This person needs to enroll in a two year program in a real cooking school.
