I've used the dare on both carriers and in my opinion the verizon is better, just because the music player and web browser are better, but with telus i like how they include the stylus. Vcast is pretty sick too

Lots of bugs in this device.

The locked too easy to unlock by accident, both screen and the side button. Fortunately, it came with phone security lock. still pretty annoying with dbl process if you wanna use it. The Picture viewer is lag, even with ultra HDSD card. Problem with large 8 mpix jpeg when transfer from outside source. The enlarge part is pretty crappy, usually freeze if move too fast. Camera is great but, when store direct to SD memory, lag time so severe. unless set in sml mpix

The Not a 'stand alone' music player is based on Java. use up lots of Dare core processor resource. Always freeze and always painfully slow, even updated the software. User ought to be careful, it could accident connect to Telus online music which will cost you. While play the music player to certain extend of time, the device will also freeze, need to exit to restart in order be able to access other feature usage in the phone. The sound quality isn't as good as when the phone in use as phone.

The video player equally bad. When try to play full view, it's always set in the sml 1st then tilt. Else wouldn't half of the time remain origin mode. Another serious one is, when recharging, sometime it just hang on the main with back;light on until user shut if off with unplug for a few sec and make sure lock is off. There are few more serious bugs but not so important due to lack of frequent usage. Wish LG next touch phone will based on LinuxOS where lots of applications emerging.

i have no problems with the touchscreen i like how when you touch something it will vibrate. texting is really good. if u have experince with a touch screen the texting is no problem. even if you have none you will get used to it.
