Maybe they sound alike when acoustic, but when the album versions come out the sound is very different. I would say the majority of his lyrics have at least one reference to sex which has been going on from the first album to this new one. That's about all that's stayed the same? I.A.R.B (and those before) had hate, I.D.o.t.G was dislike for some music scenes, and this new one shows more love. Basically he's matured. Although I do like the raw sound of the older albums, S.A is always great :D

as much as i enjoy Say Anything, i kind of find their songs to kind of all have the same feel. not necessarily sound the same, but they just kind of have the same feel to them. not a bad thing, but i'd like to hear a song that it just completely "who is this", "oh, Say Anything", "no fucking way!", but probably wont because of Max's voice.

uh, I'm sorry but I don't understand how many of their songs have the same feel at ALL. IARB is quite different from IDOTG, and even within each ablum the songs are all unique. Where do you find the same sound between Chia-Like, Alive WTGOL, Shiksa, Baby Girl, Died A Jew, Woe, etc?

Well, we all have different tastes, but I love Say Anything for the exact opposite thing - each song is a slightly new and exciting experience. (Unlike Nickelback, where I can't tell 1 song from the next -_-...)
