Cute but I guess not all that unusual. My 7 year old female cat started eating like this about 10 months ago. I think that it's because she's so lazy. Even after her meal, she'll lay by the bowl for a while until I finally remove it. I'll have to try posting a vid sometime...
Your cat is adorable!! My cat, only 11 months old, does two similiar things your cat does, but not at the same time. Either she eats from the bowl lying down or she takes out some food with her paw and bats it around the kitchen and runs after the morsals and then eats it. I found your video by inquiring about cats laying down and eating. Her brother, same age, eats like a normal cat, sitting down.

My cat does this all the time, and she freaks out when someone touches her, she meows and meows, but then she just comes back for more
