Thanks! I was just trying to be honest on that review! It seemed to me most issues were due to operator error or lack of knowledge about either the camera or photography and/or videography. Spend some time on the manual and reading all the tips and advice on the internet (Amazon and Radio Shack). You will LOVE this camera.
I found u after reading your camcorder review on Amazon. I ordered the Sanyo XACTI VPC-CG10 yesterday. I almost searched for a different camcorder cuz of all the neg. reviews. Then I read yours. You made it clear that not all problems r due to the camera itself.
People need to read their manuals and practice with it first b4 posting neg. reviews.
I especially appreciate the sample video that u made with the XACTI. I hope my vids/pics. turn out as good as yours did.
