I agree with KennyChesneyfan1 on that coment. What an ass hole that person was. I feel bad for the poor guy, but he shows how much he cares for his fans because he continued with a broken foot For 2HOURS!!!!! Now that's dedication!!

His foot got caught in the lift. they had to reverse it to get his foot out....

No he had his foot to close to the edge of the platform when it was rising and when it went to close his foot got jammed in there.
