this things a piece of trash. already my t-10 won't update firmware, touchscreen is messed up, and it resets itself randomly. honestly, you can go buy a better mp3 or i-pod.

sorry i don't have any quality video player to make a decent video , but i can teach u. just go to samsung website to download your latest firmware. After your had downloaded u place your fireware file on you yp tp folder by connect your usb into computer. The Mp3 player will auto upgrade itself. done.

YES , you can send music via bluetooth. the access key is 0000.. u can even link the bluetooth together with your hp. so you can use t10 to call and receive phone. you have to download the latest firmware.

if your t10 has problems updating, try to search the firmware with your number in the bottom back of the t-10. for example, mine is "YP-10JABY" you have to search that up not just search "T10 update" if you have any problems contact me

Theres another firware update. Version 1.71. Which includes adress book, and you can answer your phone calls in the T10. I still dont know how to use these features.

READ THIS AFTER --- i did what hemptations13 said but it didnt work because i had the rong files i had "T10" firmware files like T10.ROM if those dont work you have to find T10J like T10J ROM file and T10J.RSC file

EVERYONE READ ---- TO INSTALL THE NEW FIRMWARE LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY.

1. You DL it to your desktop, open the .rar

2. Extract the .rar by using winrar (easiest program)

3. Then put the 2(TWO) files into your T10 folder.

DO NOT! PUT THE FILES INTO ONE OF THE FOLDERS INSIDE THE T10 FOLDER, JUST PLACE IT IN THE FOLDER MARKED 'T10'

help did every thing the the manual said. i put the files in internal storage and i get nothing, i put in data cast..nothing,i put it and systems and nothing..im using vista. help me..give me some step by step infromation

did u save it on your desktop right when you had it downloaded. make sure you extract(unzip) the file(s)before putting it in the internal storage. If you have Windows media player 11 you put the unzipped file(extracted file) in the internal storage, but if you have windows media 10 you put it in the data file

None of these videos helped me one bit. It didn't help at all with update & nothing updated automatically. Don't title a video "how to" when you don't tell anyone "how to" do anything.
