@mrchrmedone You can't pay into the IRS without a SSN, and you can't get one unless your in the country legally. You might also know that every employer has to report you're earnings to them. Now if you use a stolen SSN which many do. The real person that has that number, has to appear before the IRS court and explain that. One reason employers use the 1099 for illegals and the taxes never get paid.

In anthropology or history, the term often used is "Pre-Hispanic" to denote a time before the Hispanic invasion. The Mexicans were baptized into Catholocism that's why they have Spanish names. BTW, 30% of Mexicans speak an Indigenous language, not Spanish.

A cop can pull you over. I am a third generation LEGAL American. My grandpa came with his family legally to the US, and we all look "Mexican." If they pull me over, I can simply show my LEGAL ID to them, and they can write me a ticket for whatever other law I broke.

@mrchrmedone You can't pay into the IRS without a SSN, and you can't get one unless your in the country legally. You might also know that every employer has to report you're earnings to them. Now if you use a stolen SSN which many do. The real person that has that number, has to appear before the IRS court and explain that. One reason employers use the 1099 for illegals and the taxes never get paid.

@HypatiaJane i work for H&R BLOCK so i see what goes on with taxes and actually no they are not paying these taxes . this goes for all "lower income " they are paying maybey 4 thousand a year on all taxes but getting refunds of up to 7 thousand . like i said this is ALL people who are considerd low income . and here in CA your other statistics dont even come close ! people give fake names and address and get EVERY public program possible ! our troops would be good security on our borders

@butterflykim79 I am currently living in AL. My ENTIRE family is from GA, AL, TN & VA accounting for all of my grandparents. And I AM ashamed of the racism. We should all be. I was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where there is a border that can't be secured and an influx of immigrants from several countries including Cuba, Haiti and other Islands. The hatred is not dead in the past. It is still on going right where I live in AL, it is alive and well in S. FL, in AZ and all over the US.

Europeans have absolutely not right to tell the indigenous people of Mexican descent that they have not right to be in their own land. Before the USA stole the northen part of Mexico, Mexicans were trading, hunting, migraing, and living in that part of the US, which has been occupied since 1848.

As to "Hispanics", the Hispanic term was first used as an umbrella category to identify people with Spanish Surnames, but that is by no means an indicator of their ethnic origin or identity. Just like Shaquille O'Neal is not Irish, neither are Mexicans like Juan Gomez Hispanic. You are the only one who is confused.

Also, learn the difference between Hispanic and Mazahua for example. @Bayhuntr Learn to differentiate also between a people who were colonized (Mexicans) and the colonizer (Hispanic). In anthropology or history, the term often used is "Pre-Hispanic" to denote a time before the Hispanic invasion. The Mexicans were baptized into Catholocism that's why they have Spanish names. BTW, 30% of Mexicans speak an Indigenous language, not Spanish.
I made a mistake, what I meant to say was that the Maya traded extensively with US tribes on the East coast and in Canada.

They were dated at aprox. 12,000 years. That establishes our maternal blood-line back 12,000 years ago to this land. Who is the immigrant now?

Europeans did not invent the zero, they borrowed it from India and were later influenced by Mesoamerican semasiographic writing systems which led to computer language iconography that uses a mixed semasiographic and glottographic system.

I've toured Belize and Guatemala, the art and architecture is fantastic. That has never been my argument, my argument is the idea of inherited special rights, that you seem to think you have.
