  • You can't presume that he went to jail nor can you involve yourself in someone's life you don't know about.

  • It's not privilage but previlege. Get the spelling correct please.

  • Sure, you are right about the jail is differcult place to stay. But I don't see why do you repeat about Ridor's privacy, since you DON'T know why is Ridor in jail. There is no reason for you to repeat it. If I were you, just leave him out !

  • Yes the court system is very hard for deaf people with rotten attitude but ridor

Has right to contact a lawyer no joke wow

  • ASLFreedom,... Must tell you that you are deadly wrong about rights. He does has the rights except could not vote if he is in the holder,.... You clear do not know court setting at all! total of your vlog is a crapped!

  • No, you do not understand the system. I was there, and you were not.

You do not have the right to know my privacy. You certainly have the right to know the certain things but not certain my family information.

Again, if I lack the rights, tell me why my attorneys TOOK the case?

    R-

  • @ridor9th, He showed that he do have NO IDEA about it's court system! He thinks he knew but NOT!

  • This is one of the most retardest Vlogs ever. Yes, civil rights are lost when placed in jails, but there is a standard expected for all prisoners. If one gets something, all others gets it too. There's a standard all prison follows for ALL types of prisoners. Dang, this is one of the dumbest Vlogs ever.

  • @MrDeafRyan deadly wrong.... go to law school like i did!

  • @MyFuckASL I don't think you understand what I was saying. most rights are taken away when placed in prisons. When you violate the law (which Ridor didn't), you deserve much of your rights taken away. However, if a hearing person can call outside of jails, Deafies should be allowed to. The LAW allowed Riverside Regional Jail to have a TTY for the Deaf, but the problem is the officers NEVER allowed him to use it. That's a serious violation.

  • @MrDeafRyan, sorry honey, prioners still do have the rights to vote,.. Prison is a place where it can hold people inside althought they still do have the consititual rights. I studied crime law and civil law at CSUN. For what you were talking about tty or blah is a human rights. Gotcha! Prisoner do vote though not jailer!

  • @MyFuckASL READ CAREFULLY.. i SAID "MOST RIGHTS" I didn't say "ALL" rights. You have been basically echoing what I have been saying all along. Dude, read carefully. Don't be a fucktard.

  • @MrDeafRyan, Have you experience fucktard before? I went tons so here I am going fucktard! however, thanks for your effort to expand it off! ha...

  • @MyFuckASL Ha ha, I have seen plenty of fucktards in my life. I have enough of them. I ask you won't turn into one. LOL. All best.

  • @MrDeafRyan

going to jail at all, regardless of guilt or innocence, will result in you losing a good number of your rights. I advocate becoming familiar with the statutes and local ordinances of your state and those you wish to visit, ignorance is not ever an excuse for an unlawful action, ask a lawyer or judge ^_^

  • @plator99 oh absolutely. when you go to jail, you lose rights. But if the prisoners have access to audio on television, you better have access to captions! If prisoners have access to the outside world via telephones, you better have access to TTYs/VPs! That's the argument here. If you don't have access to TTY, then why are prisoners using the phones? That's not equally losing rights.

  • @MrDeafRyan

Ah I see your issue now, though televisions as well as use of telephones are considered "privileges" and as long as they allow contact with a lawyer in some fashion the prison may have no obligation to allow or provide phone or television use in any form. In my experience you are much more likely to first have contact with a judge unless you already have a lawyer, if you do not already have a lawyer and the judge does not allow bond or release you, you must for a lawyer to help you

  • @plator99 That is the point! Ridor wasn't allowed to contact his lawyer while everybody else could. That is the argument.

  • @MrDeafRyan

I would say he has a decent case for discrimination then, its bizarre to me the disparate ways in which the prison system will treat individuals, there is no need for it. Hopefully this issue gets resolved in a just manner, its never a good thing when the justice system fails to function correctly and I wish the best of luck to the effected parties, I know first hand how frustrating it can be navigating the legal system when people are actively trying to interfere.

  • Now again my question you think its okay if deaf people lost their all right if they go to jail ??? because of they do broke the law?? NOW LOOK at hearing people still have a right to make a call and deaf people cant make a call is it fair? THEN GET DAMN YOUR EDCATION! WAKE UP LOOK AT YOUR SCREENNAME ASLFREEDOM mean??? oh my gosh!

  • Are you dumb or something!?!! Its none of your business to know about Ridor's problems.. And again alike I said are you dumbest or something? Think about deaf people go to jail and lost their all right's ????? I know some of friends went to jail and it's been hard to get permit or anything... like that! you are the blind! Look at DEAF'S Right in the jail no give the phone or anything DURING hearing people can make a call U THINK ITS OK??? NOPE!! YOU ARE DAMN DUMB.

  • i am not sure what you are trying to do here.. I have seen people to chose 4 days of jail instead of continuing the probation. Ridor already mentioned the process.. Anyhow, the right, FYI in prison, the prisoners still have some rights and he should obtain some right but he never did.. It is not our place to say 100 percent truthfully or not.. So i kind of see no point of you doing this vlog....
