Don't be lazy don't support warehousing character packs. Build your mugen from the ground up its supposed to b custom tailored to your interests anyway. MugenInfantry(dot)Net for more info

i know nothing about mugen, i wasnt knockin yur video, i was just askin, cuz if u got the mad gear gang, why not just use cody or haggar and make it a version of final fight since u got more elements from final fight than SOR? if you can find a genesis axel im sure an SNES haggar, cody, or guy would be there, but I dunno. It was good though, i liked it namely cuz Axel's my fav character in SOR.
