I think she is Abhilasha from Star voice of India tv show. Amazing singer.. but she has put on a lot ;) but voice quality is improved tons time ! Great going Abhilasha !

In Tamil the "La" is written as "ZH" It is basically pronounced as "eella" like Tameella (Tamil) or like Waleieepallam (Banana).. So marathi "la" is very much present in Tamil.

'La' is not avaghad for soemone whose mother tongue is Tamil. Think of KaLe vannekam, for example
