Yes u do this but on the 8th or ninth day for each triops u put one uncrushed pellet in and if they for sure both ate their pellet then put more pellets in. It is simple but make sure u dun over feed.

I tried cauliflour with my triops but i had to remove it because they didn't eat it in 10 hours...

They can eat damn near anything. Fish, vegetables, worms, aquarium plants, brine shrimp, each other...
The food is basically just to get you started. After it's gone, feed them anything.
Also the song kicks ass.

mine eat the shrimp and algae that grow in mai tank it awsome no feading plus i have 10 triops and there eggs hatched so now i have 20
