DrummerALB, I don't know if you check this video site on occasion but if you do I would like to talk with you. I am a music lover first and foremost but have experience with raising funds / investment banking, etc. Email me, we gotta talk. Stick to the jazz.
Look, send me an email or something and let's you and I talk. Stick to the jazz kid, it's in your blood -- you will get to where you want to go faster with your jazz than anything else I have seen. Let's make you some money. Email me.
Fantastic arrangement, however you're playing Jazz my man! Loosen up! Show some soul! Start swaying with the music and forget everything around you, it's just you and that Yamaha.
Thats killer baby! Nice job. And just a side note, I dont want to sound like im rippin ya, cause that was sweet, It was written by Paul Desmond, his alto sax player. But friggin awesome!
they both wrote it, desmond the tune and bruckbeck the underneath rhythm, i had a lecture at uni from dave brubecks son, darius.. unless he lied of course
at first i thought you were some amateur attempting to play take 5, but it only took a minute to figure out how good you are. i like it bud, keep it up. 5 stars!
good rendition of this amazing piece, you may want to try adding more backround voices maybe? just to keep it flowing, but its up to you...it is your own version ;)
Drummer -- Loved it! Particularly the tasty parts where you slowed it down. It makes me wonder what an arrangement of this tune, perhaps all slowed down, would sound like. I'm subscribing -- please post more!
I hope that you will keep up the music studies. You have a lot of talent, good concept for form and interpretation and we will be watching your career as you move forward.
You're fantastic :) I hope you never stop playing jazz music, you'll be a gift to the jazz world!
