btw i haven't even heard the song my sound card died a while ago, i don't even know if it is female or male, but i DO know, japanese lyrics translated into english do not go word for word. they do not fit properly and it is awkward. it doesn't rhyme it doesn't have rhythm and every single person that tries to dub it themselves can't hold the pitches required, not even considering the fact that they have people of all ages at the same time in the original to hold the range of pitches

I'm actually the singer of this video. I translated 95% of it word for word to try to get it as close to the original. I was 17 or so at the time of recording and wasn't very good at singing, but even so thank you for watching the video. I don't have much range and I had just made this for fun and posted it on Nico Nico. I can hold a pitch better now so I'm considering doing one of the newer medleys in English or just singing something in Japanese instead.

I'd have to disagree with your statement. They both are good singers,l but while the girl's harmony fell out of sync and went 'off', she actually knows the range of her voice and can stay in it. She also ran out of breath halfway through the song and fizzled, which could easily be fixed with better planning.

The guy's voice, while it was also good and he took time to fix sound errors, sounded like he wasn't used to it yet and kept missing his vocal range.

Vocal range is better, not boobs...
