That woman at 2:02 has never shopped at Morrisons - as they have always had a butcher's counter, with a trained butcher, who will give you any cut on any meat, at any weight. The shop will slice your bread for you, the deli will give you freshly cut cheese - better than some specialist cheese shops, and the shop has tons of freshly baked products.
Why should we feel sorry for the clearly uncompetitive butcher?

Aldi Food Stores have 500 UK stores so far, they intend to build 1,500. They build in residential areas ans show no respect for the people to whom it may affect, it could be you next. Stop these corporate bullies from ruining other peoples lives.
As much as I would like to support local buisinesses, the fact is that people want convenience and lower prices.
The sad truth is that not many people want to park their car in town and walk around for hours going from shop to shop. They want to get it all in one place, with easy parking and fast service.

It is all cut & packed in store, or as required over the counter. Customers vote with their feet. Deal with it... ! You are stuck in a time warp. Move with the times.
Preferred it when it was safeways . morrisons are penny pinchers always upping the prices , no competition just shows you get what you deserve wheres the Lidl's and Aldi
I have a chicken sandwich from tittertons in Stockport everyday and sometimes the one in reddish, they're quality and very cheap. i have witnessed the demise of the shop and I will do my best to support them. Please do the same, Tits rule man
Morrisons and some other supermarkets have their own Butchers counters aswell as pre packed meat depts. All the supermarkets that provide a butchers counter WILL do a cut that you require. Funny how Safeway was on that site for some years before Morrisons took them over. Next it will be Tesco in Gorton that will be in the firing line I guess
A familiar story. Maybe try a free - range, animal welfare angle? Littlewoods in Heaton Chapel seem to be doing o.k. although they probably have a better location re: parking, absence of supermarket.
Do what i did as a bakery owner. couldnt beat 'em so joined em. now earn just under 30 k a year as a manager!!!!!
