  • lol is religion still debatable ? i thought its a proven fact that its man made... wtf

  • Leary says it all here.

Both men were certainly false prophets & evil deceivers who promoted & used drugs to damage very many minds & lives.

  • Do what thou wilt means to discover what your TRUE DIVINE WILL is - your true intention and not just desire or lust - and then to carry it out. It does not mean 'do whatever you want' - which in fact means almost the opposite.

  • "Do as thou wilt" should be the first gate sign to the gates of hell before "Abandon hope all ye who enter here".

  • cia stooge...

  • This clip cuts off Leary giving the full quote from Crowley "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law UNDER LOVE." Leary was paraphrasing Crowley saying "Love is the Law, Love under Will."

  • he was so successful in continuing it, that he was banned from being in the UK...

which os odd, given that UK Intl was also vey much behind a plan to expand human consciousness via distribution of Intelligence Agents such as LSD...

  • Soundbyte-ism

  • @trajomako You are an idiot, sir. "Do what thou wilt" doesn't mean doing whatever you want, it means finding your true will. Harming others is considered an attack against will which was frowned upon by Crowley.

  • @trakomako Retarded ass comment

  • Timothy Leary enjoyed drinking from the cup of Christ.

  • Evil cunts the lot, free masonic secret society global control douchbags

  • @brokebackbenji If you think Aleister Crowley was for martial law and global control you have clearly never spent a minute researching him

  • @magicalhearingman Also i was quite angry at the time i wrote that haha, id been researching denver airport. But i learnt from that anger and grown. However I understand how and why you made that assumption. Peace and love

  • @magicalhearingman Im not talking directly about Crowley but the organisations he was connected to. Your right I havent done extensive research into Crowley but I have spent the last 6 months researching secret societies and the banking families amongst others. He was 33rd degree freemason, looking his connections and the beliefs of and rituals performed by this man he was still furthering the agenda of the global elite whatever way you look at it. He was not a good man.

  • @brokebackbenji I strongly strongly disagree with you, his whole message was that every person has a True Will and that the point of life is to realize your Will and carry it out. You are right about secret societies but Aleister Crowley IS THE MOST misunderstood man I can think of!!!! He worked against Hitler and there is very very little proof of his masonic activities- Honestly, most of what you hear about Crowley is COMPLETE bullshit, like him sacrificing babies and humans.......

  • @magicalhearingman Correct.

  • @brokebackbenji Giving your blood is human sacrifice- just a thought to keep in mind

  • @brokebackbenji true he was a 33rd degree Freemason, but only because he was given the title, not because he was a practicing Mason. When Crowley first published the Equinox ALL the secret societies gave him their highest titles as a sign of support for him publishing the secrets of the GD.

  • @brokebackbenji Way further than a thirty-third and you have no clue what you are saying

  • He is not truthful.

  • Crowley went way too far.One thing is spiritual enlightenment.Another is conjuring demons, eating feces, and harming children. The man had spirits enter and damn him.I doubt Aiwass was his guardian angel.

  • Dr. Leary you're much too kind---Crowley did break down some orthodox religion stuff--with pagan work which he didn't really invent--- but your work in brain research (drug use was only a small part of it) is much more important.

  • Crowley said "Do AS thou wilt' NOT do WHAT thou wilt. He did NOT mean 'do whatever you want'.......... Crowley was saying something much more complex, and like often in his case, or any non-christian intellectual that reaches major media outlets or mainstream audiences, he was VERY misinterpreted. I barely have room to say, but he roughly meant that we all have our own individual path in life, purpose if you will, and following that purpose, or your own true will, is so important it is 'law.'

  • @sashadrumure

"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law." - I:40 Liber AL vel Legis

"There is no law beyond Do What Thou Wilt." - III:60 Liber AL vel Legis

"“Do what thou wilt” does not mean “Do what you like.” It is the apotheosis of Freedom; but it is also the strictest possible bond." - Aleister Crowley, Liber II, The Message of the Master Therion

  • @sashadrumure Goood

  • @VirtualSamadhi Whatever, dude.

  • satan said that too. real fuckin good advice, fag. sorry to see this major fuck-up of a human being representing psychadelic drugs. ever wonder why this guy is in prison and Tererence Mckenna wasnt? ;) Timmy called himself a viionary prophet which is bullshit. After John who wrote Revelation, there are no more prophets. sorry but i believe the Almighty over some drug addict that cant admit it. im all for psychadellic experimentation but dont get arrogant or you loose ;)

  • @VirtualSamadhi sorry, i know that guy and he pays with unconditional love, grace and beautiful forgivness. if you feel any guilt, that comes from your own self

  • shill!

    total shill!

  • Sex is the LAW.

Sex is our primary goal and function in life.

    Nothing else matters.

  • @dirtydonki satan says your doing a good job ;) hows that workin out for ya?

  • @fuckinrelax Get back on the med's ASAP & FFS see someone soon about those delusions. :)

  • @dirtydonki what does lust do for you? you know what, lust never says its enough. you keep feeding your desires and i will say at all moments in time "it is done, my work is finished" i am at rest, im just waiting for you tail chasers to catch up

  • @fuckinrelax Lust is something for the young. As you get older the novelty wears off because you get to the point, been there done it all. :)

Love the music on your Channel BTW.

  • Leary made a good work in a brainwashing of young wanna be searchers...all people around psychadelia.- and I was same - are the same: Talking about Huxley,Than Leary,..:))) in better cases Ram Das....than meybe Crowley if they are smarter :) ..you will grow up..and follow Mckeena - CREATE YOUR OWN WORLD YOUR OWN UNIVERSE..dont watch TV dont listen to radio!:))))

  • Crowley was reborn as a Leary :))) this narcistic persons cannot be two people :)) its only reincarnation...who knows...Meybe as Crowley ,Leary was another goverment fella.

  • trust the CIA .....

  • I had the holy spirit of Jesus in my heart... But then when the recession hit, I started charging the Lord rent. Needless to say, he left.

  • The main reason for using acid, would be to soften up minds that gone to rigid or stuck in a loop of some sort. In such cases it's an effective tool. Just a reminder that there is more to it.

But when it comes to more profound knowledge, it's like PLANBELA wrote. You don't even know what you're still so amazed about, only that it was something awesome... ;) Yet it's a jolly good time if you enjoy looking at archetypes!

  • this goes a LONG way to explaining things. Crowley serves as a clear cut dividing line, if u dont see crowley's sickness then you must not have the holy spirit in your life

  • Love is the law. Love under will.

  • What a crock.

  • 'Do what thou wilt.' was originally a quote from Rabelais, though Crowley borrowed it.

It is hilarious to see all these 'Christians' attacking one of the core moral teachings of a monk.

  • @thallassocracy being a monk is a catholic tradition not to be confused with christianity according to the word.

  • @chellow2

All current Christian denominations use the canon of the Bible chosen by Pope Damasus I in 374.

The Roman Catholic Church invented Christianity, and no-one has yet improved on the Original.

  • @thallassocracy sure but still: all the new testament books were written between 50AD-100AD. afaik they have not been changed as evidenced by numerous manuscripts. there is no mention of popes, nuns, forbiddding to marry,no deification of mary,no confessions to priests,no penances,no monks,no more offering for sin,no praying to images. if catholics invented christianity they forgot to put in the basics! lol. Joking aside roman catholicism is not christianity in my research.

  • @chellow2 Im not talking directly about Crowley but the organisations he was connected to. Your right I havent done extensive research into Crowley but I have spent about the last 6 months researching secret societies and the banking families amongst other things. He was 33rd degree freemason, looking his connections and the beliefs of and rituals performed by this man he was still furthering the agenda of the global elite whatever way you look at it. He was not a good man, so dont defend him.

  • @chellow2 Your research is bad, then.

  • @chellow2 Without the Roman Catholic Church your little version of christianity wouldn't exist. Your research is garbage my friend.

  • @chellow2 Who is the father of all the protestants? Martin Luther. Where is Martin Luther from? Germany. Who SPREAD Christianity into Germany, all of Europe and beyond? The Catholic church. Check n Mate.

  • @chellow2 So Eastern Orthodox monks aren't monks? I guess it's only Catholics who can be monks.

Also you're cropping out the entire thing which should be "Do what thou will shall be the whole of the law. Love is the law. Law under will. Every man and woman is a star."

Do what thou will does not mean do what you want, it means you should accomplish your "True Will" which is your purpose in life or your calling.

  • @thallassocracy

thats because the original is Sun and saturn worship..

  • @thallassocracy Uhh, no. There are two bibles, the Catholic one is a corrupted fake.

  • @chellow2 Always funny when people confuse catholicism for true Bible based Christianity. Should also be worthy to note that CIA agent Timothy Leary was at one point a jesuit seminarian, probably carry on his work as a jesuit coadjutor. Seems like a lot of the wickedness of this world can be traced back to one papist priest or another. Interesting that satanist Crowley displayed a sort of reverence for the catholic church yet advocated the murder of Protestant Christians.

  • For Crowley that was probably some sort of childish rebellion against his parents who were apparently Bible believeing Puritans.

  • @WorshipInTruth Without Catholicism the idea of your outdated pagan messiah wouldn't exist

  • @illinoisanthunder Laugh how do you figure??

  • @thallassocracy Also, St Augustin had said 'Love, and do what thou wilt.' quite a bit earlier than Rabelais.

  • @thallassocracy

"'Do what thou wilt.' was originally a quote from Rabelais, though Crowley borrowed it."

..Actually Rabelais borrowed it from St Augustine (Augustine of Hippo 354-430AD)

who said "Love, and do what thou wilt" which describes the 60's pretty well. (as Leary says in this vid)

And Yes, it is very funny to see christians 'going off half cocked'

and for the information of the first responder to you comment,

Before the protestant reformation ALL christians were 'catholic'

  • This was sliced up and taken out of context. There's no evidence Leary was a follower of Crowley.

  • And why wouldn't Leary be a follower of the light?

Is this because you are a "humanitarian"?

  • this video is crafted in a spirit of fear hate and ignorance

  • I my self have had very exciting psychotropic experiences. Some very scary. And others...not worth the lack of functionality that can follow when ingesting in excess.

  • @VoiceOfAO That's you...who I guess is a regular guy...You can't respond for other people...I'm not talking about drugs. I don't care what people do with their own bodies as long as they're adults...But when it comes to commit crimes, that's my limit. I repeat, that's why I don't think this law is for everybody.

  • @thezepp68 yep, "do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law" could disrespect many human rights if it's practiced by child molesters, rapists and so on. There's a lot of sick people out there thinking they could break "bounderies"...

  • @Germania72 You let your mind simplify the very nature of what that means. Let it be done openly, and if incorrect it will be fixed. Suppressing it with words, fear, unforgiving hateful judgement is absolutely insane and leads to pain and suffering. These 'sick' people you speak of are(some of them) exactly that. Sick. And some things you see as sickness, are only seen that way because you can't stop suppressing them thus the suppression leads to build up which can be displayed as many things.

  • lulz ar the editing.

  • @thezepp68 The ONE instance where Crowley is talking about "human sacrifice" being the "best" is talking about sacrifice of "a perfectly innocent virgin boy." I think he says "white boy," even. He is talking about sex magick! Sperm! Joke! There's a similar joke in a chapter he titled "The Way To Succeed And The Way To Suck Eggs" which refers to oral sex (male: seed, female: eggs). Succeed = "suck seed." Get it?

In his time, it was ILLEGAL to write about sex, but not murder. He was a smart man.

  • Prove it.

  • If you go to Crowley's wikipedia page you'll see under "controversy" some good information (which is supported, I know thats an important factor with wikipedia...) that tells you about Crowley, specifically Duquettes quote which is too long to put here.

  • Could you give me a direct quote, or copy the paragraph as a whole and I'll try and explain (if I even know how to interpret it). Theres copies of the text online everywhere, I'd look but I don't study Crowley extensively so I wouldn't know where in the text to search.

  • No he didn't. Let's see a quote. If he ever wrote anything like that it was in jest, or non literal to stop people like you from interpreting the actual meaning. Read some things about the history of alchemy and you'll realize Crowley is does the same.

  • Any one who studies the teachings of Aliester Crowley is evil anybody who studies The Book Of The Law is a practitioner of satanism witch is pure evil. You don't have to subcribe to any religious sect to know what evil is & Aliester Crowley is evil.

  • good and evil are points of view, that is a fact. Even in the belief of christianity, nothing is pure evil exept for satin himself. Everybody has good inthem.

  • And by the way timothy Leary had already done maaany LSD trips at this point and was out of his mind he often played around on talk shows and was kidding he was probably doing that in this clip.

  • haha your probly right im reading crowleys work and its nothing like what leary said or did.

  • no one wants to read these crackpots work...fuk these satanic, fanatic fukrs, without anyone to listen, they will have no one to influence,..simply stop listening to these shitheads, and the shitheads who ``carry on their work``, watever type of crackpot work it is, its all fantasy, until enough people buy it, and run scared from it, believe in yourself....

  • ... That is the point of their work you retard to believe in yourself not the government not some higher god but YOURSELF

  • listen asshole....people listen to these dumb shits...people like you..and they take it and go out of control with it....fuck you, u stupid inbred gypsy......

  • out of control... yeah and i bet your christian or something right and guess what Christianity and all religion is the most out of control bs there is, ever heard of the crusades? on and your war in Iraq lets go fight some Muslims just because they're not christian. yeah that's not out of control at all. go pray more to your god and hate everyone else because that's what your religion wants you to do.

  • well for your information i am non religious,..despise religion and what it means,..so dont come attack me with your assumptions...if you like this crowley reclouse you should be ashamed and abused...you deserve it...yes out of control..too many naieve impressioanable minds listening to such crackpots....so either help expose the problem or simply fuck off......

  • I don't believe in a thing that Crowley says about satanism and shit I said that i believe in that you are the best that there is and there is nothing higher. Man has limitless power that we can't expose because the veil of physical life has been pulled over our eyes. Now you don't believe in religion and you don't believe in yourself... so then... what? Everything is just here randomly for no reason by accident and that's it. OK well you believe your life sucks and I'll go astral project c ya.

  • Crowley never said anything about Satanism, he wasn't a satanist. He even said himself he was opposed to "Black Magick". If you astral project, you'd be interested in Crowley, he says a few things about that.

  • leary tried to promote LSD, at the same time he did but he ruined it. Ask Albert Hoffman..

  • In my dream I got a dirty Sanchez from Jesus.

  • These guys were about destruction, plain and simple, but they dressed it up in hippy garb, peace and love, kind of like using real nice bait with a razor sharp hook

  • nonsense. you clearly have not read any of learys or crowleys works.

  • "THE LIGHT HAS COME INTO THE WORLD,

AND MEN LOVED DARKNESS RATHER THAN

LIGHT, CAUSE THEIR DEEDS WERE EVIL"

All truth is coming to LIGHT cause, time is short

  • Hey Ricci, Please explain this moron's relevance to me. Outside of destroying America's social fabric (particularly amongst the youth, who he had access to do to his rather cushy profession). Leary was a fucktard at best, and a social pariah at worst. "Psychedelics can be a powerful tool", for what, rediscovering what you already knew as a child? Grow up and stop spreading propaganda (there's enough of that going on right now).

  • Aleister Crowley KILLED BABIES WAS A FLAME AND DIED A DRUG ADDICT. WHAT A GREAT MAN TO LOOK UP TO

  • yes he killed gazillion of babies but never went to jail... go figure

  • Comment removed

  • Mr. Timothy Leary was a buffoon of no direction, and very little sense; at least, in comparison to Mr. Crowley.

  • I disagree, I am an admirer of both men and see merit to both of their approaches to self knowledge, If you have the time or the inclination I suggest downloading THE ORIGINAL recording of "Turn on, Tune in, Drop out", there are some great insights there indeed much more simple and fundamental compared to the writings of Crowley but it may be a good intro to Leary if you haven't thoroughly investigated him. He was very informed, put together many excellent texts and helped so very much.

  • I thank you for your advice; I was a little emphatic in that previous statement, and quite possibly a little ignorant too.

I hear also that 'The Doors of Perception' by Huxley is at least stimulating reading, if not exactly enlightening - and offers much to those interested in bending this reality, or going beyond its supposed limits to find meaning.

  • Yeah Huxley is great! Thanks for being open minded! Leary, like so many great, forward thinking, leaders could stray from the point often but he was so very persecuted and victimized for some time that it is quite forgivable. Psychedelics can be a powerful tool, Not and answer in my opinion. I think they offer a temporary glimpse into the akashic workings any ideas one my want to explore, however the results, although often profound don't tend to stick, like those from study, discipline and work

  • .:LOVE IS THE LAW:.

  • You are obviously the buffoon. Leary was a genius and a prophet far ahead of his time. He was a bit crazy from time to time but that was part of his personality.

  • I myself am a bit crazy from time to time old boy, and due to an unusually gifted nature, am capable of allowing that to be a personality unto itself - not merely a part of my own; but that does not necessarily imply that I am a buffoon, or if you like, a genius either.

  • In fact, there's nothing definably buffoon-like in my prior statements to prepare for and welcome an accusation against me containing the word 'obviously'. You know nothing beyond what I've previously posted; was any of that in earnest? Who knows...

  • Wow.

  • Many thanks!

  • Can a full version of this interview be found anywhere? It doesn't appear to be here on youtube in its entirety...

  • watch?v=l2w-Owgr-0w

  • @chellow2

He meant to ask for a version that was not overpowered with distortion that insults the intelligence of honest truth seekers.

  • @aeunuchsthroat: anyone who admires someone who promotes sodomy is my adversary. (ref: The World's Tragedy --- by Aleister Crowley at § "Sodomy")

  • @chellow2 Well fuck you up the ass, prig. Who the FUCK are you to tell anybody else what to do? Go jack off on the Bible or whatever.
