I disagree, I am an admirer of both men and see merit to both of their approaches to self knowledge, If you have the time or the inclination I suggest downloading THE ORIGINAL recording of "Turn on, Tune in, Drop out", there are some great insights there indeed much more simple and fundamental compared to the writings of Crowley but it may be a good intro to Leary if you haven't thoroughly investigated him. He was very informed, put together many excellent texts and helped so very much.
