  • It makes me laugh when people just spout out that there truck is better but don't bother to look up facts. The internet will guide you if you have a coupe of brain cells. The fact is that every auto company that sells in the USA has to report content %s to the government. Ford has the top two spots for 2011 but the ford f-series sits at 60%. I drive a f150 5.0l and I am ok knowing that my friends tundra says made in the USA and mine assembled in canada. Who cares I like my truck.

  • Look at 0:12 and pause it the check engine and the oil temp lights are on and, Trunda is a good truck? I don't think so.

  • @MrFordf150xlt The engine hasn't started yet...those lights remain on until the engine starts.

  • @jrtorres1337 Don't tell me your a toyota person are you.

  • @MrFordf150xlt Yeah, I own two toyota trucks. Hell even our Ford Edge has shows a check engine until you start it. Almost all vehicles are like that...

  • toyota trucks are peaces of shit real cowboys drive ford superdutys not shit made toyota trucks buy americans built ford

  • @MrKylestruck many fords are built in mexico, learn your facts you sad disgrace of a man

  • @MrKylestruck- The Toyota Tundra was designed by American engineers and is built in Texas with 80% American parts and labor, the most of any full sized truck. Fords are around 60% American. You can google it. Just so you know.

  • if this is a regular engine think about a diesel...

  • so toyota pays them to be unbiased? lol yeah they're gonna say toyota sucks when its paying them!

  • LOOOOOL The way Van Brown talks.. Just effin hilarious.

  • Despite massive cuts, GM and Ford employ more people than Toyota and Honda, and still make more cars here, on US soil. The most American car is still a Ford, followed by a Chevy, and the profit still stays here at home. The names on the cars trace back a hundred years or more, and symbolize the American Ideal for generations of people: a good job, doing something worthwhile, building something that lasts, and leaving a legacy in sheet metal, glass and rivets.

  • @coatesfactor finally somebody that gets it! i dont know if tundra is a good truck or not. i have only driven chevy trucks. people say how the tundra is built in america and all that which is great but it is still not as american as a ford built in mexico. the majority of the money is still coming back to the u.s. not japan. and i dont know where people get these facts that silverado and ford are ALL made in mexico

  • To test towing and braking you needa get out of texas. Texas is flat you could watch your dog run away for 3 days. A little 4 cylinder can get a load rollin.

  • @jiggs504 yeah you've got a point. I'm just a cummins fan and I hate when people say tundras have more power than the dodge and they need to get their shit straight. You're right it's not a fair fight.

  • @Ajdruck Tundra will out pull a hemi, but not a cummins

  • @CRF80TOP55 except they are built in mexico. toyotas r built in texas

  • a tundra tore down by TOYOTA can anyone see the conflict of interest now lets see 100k miles in a northern farm or in the mountains because i guarantee you the transmission would be screwed the frame would be RUSTED and the suspension would be SHOT face it the tundra is a weekend warriors truck...leave the REAL TRUCKS to ford chevy and dodge if you toyota fanboys wanna see how great toyota is just google toyota race trailer towed by a CHEVY yep toyota cant even tow there own trailer

  • @theroncon the only time it's in the shop is when it needs new tires because all the torque that the cummins crancks out.

  • Toyota is the leading auto maker im sure they can build whatever they want better than anyone else, but the market for diesel and heavy duty trucks is small , they designed a badass truck for the everyday guy that can haul his toys on the weekend and drive like a Cadillac during the week, Tundra is built in Texas by Texans it has more American parts than any other truck on the road and tougher, (btw chevy and Ford moved their truck plants to Canada how does that help the US?)

  • A dodge cummins would destroy that thing any day.

  • @Ajdruck When it gets out of the shop we'll see.

  • @Ajdruck 1/2 ton vs 3/4 ton. hmmmm

  • @toyota4life94 I wish they made a diesel though. What do you think about that?

  • @TheLackofattack Toyota has a diesel engine theve been testing in Texas for the Tundra but the market is small compared to the rest of the truck market, but you just might see one someday , maybe with the makeover Tundra gets for the 2013 models (auto makers change the design every 4-5 years Tundra is due for one in 2013)

  • Toyota has invested more money in America in the last ten years the Dodge, GM, and Ford Combined.

  • @toyota4life94 ok learn the facts -Toyota based in Japan so therfore profits go to Japan! Just face the facts the tundra is just a lower class pickup. It is not made to tow anything heavy. I use mine to regularly haul a 36 foot camper and a cattle trailer in excess of 18000#. a tunda would not hold up to the everyday rigors of towing. They cannot build a REAL truck!

  • the only good engine made in japan is the DURAMAX

  • Toyota trucks are built in San Antonio, TX. My GMC Sierra was built in Mexico. Now, which is "domestic?"

  • a frame that bends without a collision is not a strong frame....fyi....

  • The only thing that is "foreign" about nissan and toyota, is the name. They are all build in the mid west

  • the tundra cannot perform 3/4 ton truck duties for long, maybe once or twice it can but not continuosly. japanese trucks are a piece of shit, I myself have a REAL truck a 1989 ford f250 5.8L, but any american truck can outdo a freakin japanese truck whether its Ford Chevy or Dodge, you just cant put toyota or nissan or honda in the same sentence with Ford Chevy or Dodge.

  • my TRUCK was built in Detroit and the PROFITS STAYED in the USA!!!!!! Not Japan! You can drive your "toy" but that will be me leaving you in the dust!

  • i see three horses which is roughly 5000 Ibs maybe a little less or more and that trailer weighs around 5000 punds so they are within the limits of the truck. not that impressive really. try pulling 18000 Ibs worth of cattle and a trailer in a 95 2500 cummins

  • you guys r stupid they just prove a point that Toyota Tundra is built better then ur domestic trucks.....

  • That Toy is a joke I'll take my Chevy Duramax over a foreign truck any day!

  • @farmer2568

LOL, it's not a foreign truck like all the others, It is designed in Texas by Americans and built in the USA, It's the most American truck out there. All the others are built in Mexico and other places. Don't be fooled by a badge do your homework and enjoy your Mexican truck ROTFL.

  • No sir you are a joke for typing this crap without doing your homework!

  • Overload my 97 dodge Dakota all the time, never had a problem after 161000 miles

  • @MrMdr96 you dumb redneck, typical woodchuck

  • it couldnt haul my 40 foot gooseneck full of santa gertrudis or full of appaloosas like my duramax or my cummins

  • I would buy a 5.7L Tundra over any Ford or Chevy.

  • It pulls like a 3/4 Chevrolet or Ford, but we all know Dodges can't pull.

  • @CRF8OTOP55 im not sure were F-150's are built but my 2011 Silverado was built in Mexico

  • @rockytophummer F-150's are built in Dearborn, Michigan at the Ford Rouge Plant. The Super Duties are made in Louisville, Kentucky at the Kentucky Truck Plant.

  • The truck was not driven in stop and go traffic where the highest levels of stress are exerted to engine, transmission, and brakes. This experiment tested only the suspension, furthermore any vehicle can run 100k miles with no maintenance required.I will given points they are willing to test & reevaluate thier engineering to build a better product and thats "A" in ethics in my book.

  • Supppp

  • @04redmach1 And like I said before, Ford put Mazda engines in quite a few of their vehicles, I have owned a Ford Ranger, Ford Escort, and a Ford Probe all with Mazda engines and all of them have been pieces of crap, besides that in a truck I would rather have a V8 for the low end torque and knowing that the engine isn't reliable on Turbos to make the power.

  • @04redmach1 You are right power adders do add power, that's exactly what they did with the ecoboost, they put twin turbos in them to make that big power from a V6, in a truck though you want low end torque for hauling, so you would have to get on the gas harder to get the turbos to spool up to haul something, so in that case I would just get a Turbo Disel if you want to haul anything.

  • @CRF80TOP55 Sure i have a buddy who was laid off from ford cause his company was moving out of country

  • @04redmach1 And if Fords weren't so cheap then please explain why they put MAZDA (which is forign if you didn't know) in their cars such as the Ford Ranger, Ford Probe, and Ford Escort.

  • @crackerisntme Ford used to own part of Mazda.

  • @04redmach1 Quit being such a troll, if you put twin turbos (Like in the Ecoboost) then of course it's going to have more HP and Torque, put Twin Turbos in any of the other trucks and I promise you that they will beat the Ford Ecoboost, hell Toyota even put a Factory Supercharger on their Tundra which put it at 504HP with a quarter mile time in the low 13 seconds.

  • @crackerisntme A troll? Facts are facts. Duh, power adders do just exact that, add power. Can't put nothing past you, big scientist here. If they can beat them, why aren't they doing it? Oh yea, maybe they can't make it to perform like a TRUCK. Who cares about 1/4 mile times, it's a truck and built to do what a REAL truck should do. Not how fast you can get to the warehouse and back, but how much you can tow and reduce the trips you have to take. If I want to go fast, I'll grab a mustang.

  • I don't see what the big deal is with a Tundra pulling a 24' trailer. Hell, we do the same thing with our 1990 chevy 1500 and our 2000 1500 Z71. We never had any problem with them handling it. And believe me we way overloaded that trailer lots of times.

  • Sorry, but I only seen 4 or 5 horses on the trailer and that is about 4k-5k pounds. I love how they make an excuse of the frame bending saying they designed it to bend and work with it. Guess the slapping of the bed against the cab gives more horsepower and torque these days? Sorry fellas, but Ford has you beat every way. By the way, have the 5.7 engine problems been fixed yet? Too bad the ecoboost 3.5 is going to kill the truck game for everyone ;)

  • @04redmach1 sorry bro but last time i looked at the ford trucks they were having issues ford was hiding and wouldn't release to the press i hope your truck doesn't break down because ford is hiding their own issues

  • @Tmoua Hahahahahahahahahaha, no son. Only company hiding issues and the government has PROOF of issues being hidden, is Toyota. The company who has many deaths under their belt and has put a guy behind bars for life due to their shotty cars. The reason the Tundra is under the new car FAIL list. Can't sell many, because of all the issues they had when they came out and it's not american. Can not handle an american's job. Anyone can build a grocery getter.

  • @carmichael4life you hate on toyota because it is a foreign company? well tell you the proven facts that more parts from tundra's are made in the US then any other company founded in the US. PLUS alot of the toyota's are put togather in the US.

"The amount of profit Toyota sends to Japan is SMALL in comparison to the amount of money GM, Ford, and Chrysler-Fiat are sending overseas for parts and labor!"

  • @oVeRSoLdHD now all the parts and trucks are made in us

  • @oVeRSoLdHD I totally agree with your statement. It's a shame that some of the best cars MADE IN THE USA are made by a Japanese company, while if you pop the hood of a Ford, all you see is "made in Mexico" or Made in ________" on most of the parts. So many "American" cars are ASSEMBLED here but noe made from scratch here. The Big 3 need to get it together.

  • Comment removed

  • the only reason i will never buy any foreign car or truck is because most of your money is going back to another country

  • you could pull that "lots of wieght" with a chevy cavalier or ford taurus. an empty trailer is not 3/4 ton truck work. and 100,000 miles is weak. american cars have recorded million mile records under much more abusive conditions. the "toyota way" is their "lean production techniques" to maximize profits by reducing materials. that is not what i want in a work truck. go back to school and learn somthing from the big 3 before you call this japanese shoping cart american made.

  • @galdino429 Bro if you listened they used the trailer to actually carry cattle??? I do agree that Toyota does cost cutting measures on the Tundra in certain areas that I wish they wouldn't. Overall it's still a good truck and a nice looking one at that.

  • It appears to have held up well according to the edited video. I'd be very curious to see some dyno numbers and see what got edited out.

Showing that these ranchers overloaded the vehicle goes to show that Toyota needs to produce a 3/4 ton if they want to be taken seriously. Overloading and towing on a cattle ranch is one thing, but try towing on the highway when you have to safely stop. Toyota, here is your proof you need a 3/4 ton if you want to be a player in the fullsize category.

  • @Justinw699

that is why the new tundras have about 550hp!

    XD

and it probably has a towing capasity of 20,000lbs.

and did i mention that its still a 1/2 ton truck

  • @Justinw699 Tundra has bigger disc brakes than the F-350 dually. And they have 4 piston braking, while all the big three trucks have 2 piston braking

  • This is " TOYOTA " thats why I owned nothing but Toyota. I grew up a Ford man lol!!

  • @2010THEDRAGON NPI but even if I could pull a load like that with a 1/2 ton, I wouldn't. It's likely the towing was done off-road as well. Can you imagine trying to stop a load like that on the highway...SCARY!!!

Honestly, you could have done this test with a F150, C/K1500, Nissan and likely got the same or better results. The thing is at least with Ford and Chevy, they don't need to, they've already got a 3/4 or 1 Ton for such tasks. Notice I didn't say Dodge. Can I say Coil Rear Spring??

  • Toyota built Ford tough

  • they should of put the engine on the dyno when they pulled it out, before they took it apart. just to see if, or what kind of power loss took place, if any.

  • they are American made.

  • real trucks=American made.

  • How do I get a test truck? If someone wants a one "used" I am good at that.

  • The video looks legit based on the conditions of the parts and frame so I'm rather impressed at the strength of the Tundras Chassis. I guess the Jap's can build tough pkups

  • @Stonemasters11 put this in youtube search bar "0120091513"

is that what you call tough. this is what happens when a tundra or tacoma is exposed to 2 years up north.

  • @galdino429 So let me see, You're telling me that a late 80's early 90's toyota frame rusted so bad, it split in half and that in some way that should affect someones decision making for buying a 2010 Tundra???? Buddy, if we go that far back, I assure you we can find defects in every manufactures trucks, rust included. I do know, Toyota makes a Great Truck. I still love my Ford Trucks more...Aloha

  • @galdino429 hahaha, my tundra has had 50,000 miles in MN for 3 years...not ONE spot of rust!!!

  • Ima Ford Guy but I have to agree that Ford went a bit far with the whole rigidity issue with Tundras Frame. Ford must realize that the Super Duty with it's open C Frame may just as well fall prey to the same cab to bed movement yet I would tow a 15K lb trailer anyday with a Super Duty over an F150

  • throw a 4000lb water tank in the bed and drive it off road and see what that frame does.

  • you ever think they put 3/4 ton or one ton parts on a 1500 or just call it a half ton?

  • NP GeoThundra re read it was tired that day..lol

  • GeoThundra is a hater love how the V6 in his estimation can out perform a 5.7 V8

  • @armyguy872008 your confusing me with 123abc.... I'm a Toyota Guy.

  • I put a 27,000lb 5th wheel on my F-350 and pulled it 25 miles, i only did it because my friends freaghtliner blew the turbo and left him stranded but the F-350 held up just fine. any truck can handle more then what its rated at, this video doesnt prove anything.

  • anything with the toyota name on it will have good resale (for now) but toyota is takeing advantage of it by cutting more corners and charging the same $. the quality rateings of toyota have sliped ALOT in the last few years. the name wont keep its resale up for much longer, hyundia has come out with cars built even better then toyota in the past 3 years for a lower price, Toyota is doomed, but i wount miss the boaring things they make.

  • @123abcpa thats not true at all other than the hyundai thing. Toyotas will always last and always sell period. They are very reliable and durable vehicles. Hyundai Is definitely building really competitive cars no doubt, but toyota's sales arent the only ones hyundais are competing against... Honda, Nissan, Ford, GM.... etc are all competition so Toyota wont see much less sales. They make cars people wanna buy not just because the name. Sure they need more exciting cars.

  • @GeoThundra, the quality rateing of toyota have sliped far in the past two years, reasearch it yourself. The toyota badge will only take it so far.

  • @123abcpa

    check:

    usnews.rankingsandreviews. com/cars-trucks/rankings/Full-Size-Pickup-Trucks/grid/overall/

And the rankings are obviously bs... but reliability a 10... dodge a 5 in comparison...

  • @GeoThundra, look up "silver creek" on you tube and see for yourself how well built the tundra is.

  • @123abcpa Yeah that bed bouncing bs video that no one in the world has ever seen... every truck with a C-Channel frame would get that... But thats like the only thing you can find to steer me off of a tundra eh?

  • @GeoThundra, Most c style frames are made from steel NOT SHEET METAL, toyota uses stamped sheet metal to construct ther rear half of the frame. The metal is so thin it had to be riveted instead of welded because the metal would warp or burn holes (not a joke). The new f150 3.5L V6 has more power and tows 2000lbs more then the 5.7L V8 tundra and gets about 5 mpg better. The ford V6 is faster too. reasearch it yourself,

Oh after the silver creek test the toyotas motor mounts where falling apart.

  • @123abcpa It's twin turbo. Your comparing a twin turbo to a N/A engine. That V6 is a great motor no doubt but TT any other V6 or V8 and it'll kill it. Whats funny is I'm not talking about any competition and you still keep on running your mouth about the tundra being a POS. I'm just saying its a solid truck, great powertrain and will be competition to all other manufacturers... check it: fleet.toyota. com/vehicles/tundra.asp

  • @GeoThundra, the F150 6.2L V8 is also N/A and puts out more power then the pos tundra. the tundra is just a camery with a bed, toyotas version of the el camino, but the el camino has a stronger frame and better build.

  • and this...

jdpower. com/autos/ratings/dependability-ratings-by-category/large-pickup/ there are spaces btw.

  • I just want to know how the hell that paper thin c chanel frame held together by rivits can tow anything safely. I know big rigs use c frames and flex alot but they use THICK steel, the tundras frame looks so thin it could be stamped steel. Iv read about the tundra in some of the off road mag's and they said the bed would hit the cab and cause body damage, it sounds like the negligence of toyota to me. Cutting corners to make more $, thats all toyota cares about anymore.

  • @123abcpa They seem to hold up pretty good. You should just look at resale value of these trucks.

  • ranchers cant really multiply. 12 cattle at 1200 each is 14400 lbs, simple. I learned that in grade 2.

  • Toyota is just a BETTER built Truck , its just that simple.

  • how is it that a c-channel frame is stronger than a fully-boxed frame?

  • I've seen chevys, fords and dodges rust to crap here in Hawaii. The only reason my Toyota has not BECAUSE I WASH N WAX THE DAMN THING. I've seen guys trade in their domestics after I towed there butts out of messes they couldn't get out of. My tundra and my dodge cummins will pull out any dumb ass, out of any where.

  • At krackermost

Mine does just fine I live in newberry Ohio I live in the mountains

  • At krackermost

Mine does just fine I live in newberry Ohio

  • Yota gets all there motors from chevy

  • Hey type this in the search bar and watch

    'experts dissect f150'

  • Like to see that Jap truck go 100k thru Michigan/Ohio/rustbelt winters....just better pray the thing doesn't take off on you down the freeway...

  • Don't be jelous because domestics are an inferior product built by lazy UAW entitlement workers.

  • @krackermost I live in minnesota, my tundra has 50,000 miles under its belt and is on its second winter. no rust...at all. btw it tows our 8,000 pound boat like a dream

  • That must have been a fast 100,000 mile not find premature rust on a tundra.

  • @guinmaan

notice how i capped "EVERY",so not EVERY one was recalled like you make is sound, N.A..wide is the "Continental USA" you tard so expanding from nation wide to the entire continental USA might make sense to you - you half-ass'd read a recall and now your an expert about it and to a vehicle your hating on that you have never owned?? LOOK IT UP = try your own grammar next time - Last thing = your opinion is your op, but if its not going to make sense dont post one

  • I have been a ford man all my life. I bought a tundra and it is miles ahead of the f150

  • I have been a ford man all my life. I bought a tundra and it is miles ahead of the f150

  • i would have never accepted to test it. big pos

  • Total Road Domination!!!

  • That man hates anybody that doesn't have a West Texas voice?

    Ugh! That's Texas for you!

  • @MADDOG6400 who said he hates anybody? Perhaps YOU are a bit trigger-happy? Mayhap this man does not trust anyone but his own...I can't say I'll call a flaw on that one...funny the texan didn't draw first on YOU?

    Don't be an asshole.

  • @guinmaan I will. Thank you very much.

  • @guinmaan actualy big 3 cried about the test. Ill go by living proof. My buddy was in a tundra crewmax smashed between two dump trucks, both empty but still between two dump trucks. Truck was shot but he lived and was able to open the driver door, but buy what you want its on you. I like my tundra.

  • If your are going to tow I most definatley get the tundra. Mine pulls better then my 3/4 duramax I had loaded with my 50hp Kubota. Chevy has no balls for bottom in torque, Dodge has a good hemi engine but your interior will fall apart, ford has a great all around truck but you come back to the issue the truck has no balls for towing. My tundra out pulls any have ton while still getting 12 mpg going 70 with an 8000lbs load driving 8 hrs to south texas. My 04 duramax, and my 07 z71 didn get that!

  • He said, "Yeah i OVERLOADED it its a test and it kept up." HAHA

  • Toyota, I love your trucks, but you really got to make a boxed frame out of rust RESISTANT material, and beef up all of the stregth and make it not like a popsicle stick is your frame. Then Ill buy a Tundra over a Sierra. Like I said, I love your products, (88 4runner owner) but, that frame, and those rust issues are horrible.

  • because toyota passes it as a half ton but when you stress test the leaf springs theyre rated to fit a 3/4 ton truck

  • @guinmaan you should know that tundra is the only truck to pass the roof crush test and that the big three begged to get out of the test and got out of it.

  • Never in my life have I ever seen a Totoyta grace the landscape of a farm or ranch. Never seen one pulling a trailer too, actually. And also, I'd like to point out that pulling a stock trailer gooseneck is not that big of a feat for a 1/2 ton. Most of those trailers are built out of aluminum or very thin steel, making them very light. Steers usually weigh 800-1,000 a piece, and I only saw 4 in that trailer. So what?

  • @imanidiot911truther we have a 24' foot 6,000 lbs boat on a 1,500 pound tandem axle trailer. we hauled it across two states in our tundra and it was fine.

  • @HFCHSvids glad to hear that you are some of the few people who actually use their tundra. I'm sure it's fine, i wasn't implying it will fall apart towing lol, i know they're built a "little" better than that. You were no where close to maxing out your truck, though.

  • @imanidiot911truther you're right, a tundra can pull 12,000 without a problem

  • @HFCHSvids Yeah..going down hill!

  • @garyomglol do you own a tundra? have you hauled anything with it? if not then you have no idea what you are talking about. my tundra can idle an 8,000 lbs boat out of a 20 degree boat launch, no problem

  • @HFCHSvids went through 2 transmissions before 90k miles. No problems huh? And yes, there was an additional transmission oil cooler installed.

You tow 12,000 lbs with open "C" channel frame? Yeah ..right!

  • @garyomglol no i tow 8,000 lbs with it. and the frame is fully boxed at the engine bay, rolled c at the middle of the truck, and open c at the rear. frame strength has nothing to do with fully boxed or open c, it has to do with impact zones and crossmember design.

  • I jump my chevy's...which is why i buy a chevy...

  • ill stick with my 1995 chevy k1500 191K miles on it and still runnin strong and she has been through some shit

  • GM (I need to take money from the american people to keep the front doors open - Goverment Motors), Dodge (Italian - Fiat owned after getting abandoned by a German company) and Ford (leveraged to the bone, who recruited Jim Farley from Toyota to market the F150) clearly has their ducks in a row... Or do they. You can't see the forest through the trees.

Compare apples to apples fella's and you'll see nothing but the ass end of a Tundra.

  • Gee that's funny because ALL new 1/2 ton trucks will out perform older 3/4 ton trucks - big deal! All I know is that people who actually 'work' their 1/2 ton trucks hold the Turdra as the laughing stock of the 1/2 ton arena! Laughed at on construction sites, All you have to do is throw a few sheets of dry wall in it and watch the tailgate crack in half! New Turdra has 3 recalls and several TSB's. Learn how pathetically it's put together and how mickey mouse the components are!

  • @guinmaan dont talk till you have owned one

  • You don't want a frame to flex. You can watch a video comparing a Toyota, Ford, and a Chevy truck. The Toyota frame flexes so much that it can contact the cab. Suspension movement is good, frame flexing is bad.

  • @bigredford150 check with ford and see what frame they use on the 1 ton trucks. They use a C channel. If fully boxed is so good why is that?

  • yeah ill stick with gm and ford.

  • Those engineers know nothing.

"The goal is to use the frame as a little bit of a flexing mechanism"

What the F!. You dont want frame flex in a truck. You want a strong frame, not a c channel. I drive a ford, and it has a fully boxed frame. Just another reason not to buy a TOY (ota)

  • Says the guy with the name bigredford. Give me a break. I guess you know more than engineers that design these trucks?

  • @bigredford150 Are You an Engineer?

  • What the hell all those engineers look American to me. So let me put this in perspective the guy that desigined the truck is American the guys that made it in Texas is American and it uses 85% American parts? That is pretty good for a Truck that started its roots in Japan.

  • Tundra makes good trucks. It is just the attitude that people have because it says Toyota it must be crap.

  • @jetman1979 No it's just the people that actually KNOW what's underneath your Turdra...you should be thankful because if you did thorough investigating comparing design and components of an F150 against your Turdra, you'll be really fucking disappointed!....but your truck is faster! hehehe! I guess the failing flexy rusty frames recalled N.A. wide on 1st gen Turdra's must inspire confidence in toyota quality.. Toyota...'make it cheaper'.

  • @guinmaan my brother in law has a tundra from year one with no problems. you are truly just a hater. I don't talk shit about your shit so quit crying about the fact that Toyota made u look stupid. Only reason i got rid of my other tundra is because i wanted the crewmax 4x4.

  • @guinmaan

haha you realize not EVERY 1st gen tundra n.a. wide was recalled for that, it had a lot to do with where you lived at in the states..im from socal, 1st gen tundra w no rust...and its not made in mexico...all in all yeah yota copied the F-150 and called it a tundra but thats what the japs are known for, remaking technology that is already there and making it more reliable and robust, a better / smarter way of investing your money

  • No brake service in 100,000 miles? with heavy towing? What kind of unobtanium brake pads did you send that thing out of the factory with?

  • I'm still in love with my 1986 Toyota 4x4....maybe when its old I'll get a new one

  • i'll keep my dodge 3500
