  • In May 2011 I made an You-Tube video titled STOPPING A TORNADO = AIRBORNE M.A.S.E.R + C.F.D WEATHER PATTERNS. I had documented the theroy in June 2010 and afyerwards threw it in the filing cabinet. After losing 2 friends in the Phill Cambell Ala. 2011 tornado I decided to make the you-tube video. I have sent it to the t.v. show ROCKET CITY REDNECKS as a possible show. I have different technology demo. to back it up.

  • STOPPING A TORNADO-- YOU TUBE VIDEO. Preventing a tornado from touching the ground. I made this video because i survived a tornado in 1998. In Dec. 2006 i came up with a theroy on how to PREVENT a tornado from touching the ground.

  • I made this for the people of Phil Cambell And Russelville Ala. ..... STOPPING A TORNADO- = AIRBORNE M.A.S.E.R. +C.F.D------- YOU TUBE VIDEO.--------- Preventing a tornado from touching the ground

  • @3:36 Hey buddy, you gotta stop sign stuck in yer door.

  • Is that someone screaming at around 1:18 ?

  • @mws755 I noticed this sound also, but it's not a scream. I believe it is the wind sucking out of the building at a VERY high speed. Scary...

  • Rhett,is that a 1003 at 2:50?

  • @amberlynn6914 It might be, But it could also be a light pole.

  • @rhett443 Ya know,i just noticed what look like the controls and the blower box.

  • You guys seem to have lost your siren!

  • @rhett443 Yep, we did.

  • Looks better than Hackleburg we have nothing.

  • this reminds me of that day....it was so upseting it killed alot of people i knew....

  • I'm in the process of getting some of my superstar friends their musicians. Slipknot to have a show where proceeded go to phill Campbell and hackleburg. I have connections to them. As well as other very well know athletes.

  • @kevinstlth29 Bullshit. lies and slander.

  • Hey! Thanks for sharing this footage. We have been praying for those of you in Phil Campbell. What an experience! Hoping you can find some peace in your chaos.

  • Please do upload the HD. My heart was racing just watching this. I too took a direct hit by a tornado many years ago. It was terrifying. God bless you all.

  • This is my home even though I moved to Tuscaloosa 25 years ago. No better place on earth to grow up its where I have cherished memories of school, church, family and close friends I have for life. A heavy heart guided me home this weekend and will go back every chance I get. This little town lost some good people. This hurts. John 13:7 New International Version (©1984)

  • This is the town i grew up in.. Lost family and friends.. Thanks wayne for the video! Good job

  • The reason you don't hear sirens is because I believe by the time this tornado went through Phil Campbell the sirens were down. Both of the tornadoes that hit Phil Campbell tracked here to us at Decatur. We really dodged a bullet. The sirens became disabled after about 4 tornadoes. We had police here running sirens and using bullhorns to warn us.

  • @princesseq The PD should apply to the federal gov't for a grant to install a reverse 911 system if they can't count on sirens.

  • @876234ABC After a disaster of this magnitude what makes you think that will still work also? Reverse911 is not all it's cracked up to be.

  • @Blue10AEMia Well, the idea is for the calls to go out BEFORE the tornado hits, but I see "thecompanycar's" point about the system being ponderous and not terribly agile in terms of response. If there were a way to make the system capable of calling a thousand or more people simultaneously, it might do.

  • @876234ABC Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad emergency warning tool, but it by no means a replacement for weather radios and sirens as many emergency management directors would like to believe. Text messaging systems are up and coming too. I just read an article earlier today about FEMA implementing a new text messaging system where it will send you a warning message if you are within a certain range of an emergency including a tornado warning. It's a few years away but it will be a great tool.

  • @thecompanycar The new FEMA text messaging system won't replace sirens either, but it will enhance an overall public warning system. When it comes to emergencies including tornadoes, you have to get the signal out to as many people as possible, meeting them where they are at. This means indoors, outdoors and perhaps in your pocket.

  • @thecompanycar I saw that TEXT article too. Hope they get that in place sooner rather than later!

  • @876234ABC We have Reverse 911 where I live. It's pathetic. We have roughly 160,000 residents in my county and it takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to reach everybody for a tornado warning that lasts normally 45 minutes. No technology replaces sirens. The best warning system consists of NOAA weather radios and outdoor warning sirens.

  • @thecompanycar Yeah, I suppose you're right. I guess the person who invents a decent Reverse 911 system that can call every number at the same time will make a fortune!

  • @thecompanycar I'm glad that WSB-TV in Atlanta recommends Midland Weather Radios, because most of the counties around the metro are taking down tornado sirens for some reason. My particular county(Gwinnett) has ONE siren, and that's for the new college. A county w/ a population over 800,000 should be better prepared in case of a storm like in Tuscaloosa or Hackelburg.

  • dude we left my house about thirty seconds after the tornado was gone.. i ran from the gym all the way about to college road to see if anyone needed help.. there was people everywhere. crs, houses, everything was crushed, and me, my cousin, and stepdad was running all the way through the middle of it finding hurt people, and some dead... pray for everyone... they deserve the help

  • man, this is great footage. you guys were safe on the north end of town but the southwest/southeast of town is gone! I was helping clean up today up there, what a mess

  • I am a retired Phil Campbell Officer and lost GOOD friends. May God comfort everyone and give them the strength to carry on!

    Alan

  • Why were there no sirens blasting?

  • @davidrwoods power probably out, it happened in Athens

  • RIP to the ones that have lost there lives.

  • The tornado was 10 min away from me I have friends that are dead some that have lost everything and some friends still missing. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers.

  • I read at least 10% of all the people killed from these tornados came from this tiny town. They took a hard hit.

  • God bless the Phil Campbell police department.

  • Its scary to watch this and realize that while this is being filmed people are dieing. May God be with the people affected by this horrific event!
