actually i saw a magazine article once where they did a prediction on what kurt wouldve done had he lived. basically it said he would do a solo career and some other stuff, he wouldve apeared at the nirvana reunion(foo fighters had a nirvana reunion but it only had dave and krist since they were the only other people in the band when he died(i think this was when pat smear was still with foo fighters but idk)

I can understand Courtney's frustration & condemnation of Kurt's act, but this publicist commenting here, I wonder where he wasy before Kurt died. C'mon..Music is subjective Pinkchyo..as Im' sure you know..Both Pink Floyd and Nirvana served different purposes..personaly,Nirvana affected my life more than Pink Floyd but Pink Floyd have also had their affect on my Musical outlook..but if you meant Pink Floyd were better all-round Musicians then Nirvana then I would agree with that : )

Kurt Cobain was in the process of divorcing his wife, Courtney Love, and cutting her out of his will (he didn't have a chance to sign the will that had been drawn up). Courtney's cd "Live Through This" was about to come out. If Kurt had left her it would no doubt have devastated sales of her cd. If he had divorced her she would have had a lot less money than what she received from his estate. She might have gotten nothing from a divorce because there was a prenup. Motives? MONEY AND FAME.

He and his wife fought in the weeks and months before he died about changing his will to leave her everything, but only if he died by suicide. If he divorced his wife she'd get half, if he happened to kill himself, she'd get everything. Someone used his credit card before and on the day his body was found. His body was lying there for at least three days.

Some people just believe that re-opening the case would be important, that's why they make a fuss. I'm not certain enough on either theory, so I choose to honor Kurt and just pay my respects and pride myself in listening to the greatest musical artist of the 20th century.

yeah but people change after long amounts of time, i mean Dave's gone acoustic and soft rock nearlly, and kurt was like his best friend so he woulda supported him through every step of it. sure he may have stayed with the old school grunge scene because that just what he was. if he was cured of his depression do you think he would have taken life a bit more light hearted than he did? would his music style change because of it? his inspiration came from depression i guess so would it have changed

actually i saw a magazine article once where they did a prediction on what kurt wouldve done had he lived. basically it said he would do a solo career and some other stuff, he wouldve apeared at the nirvana reunion(foo fighters had a nirvana reunion but it only had dave and krist since they were the only other people in the band when he died(i think this was when pat smear was still with foo fighters but idk)
