man, the mech battles really weren't thi anime's strong point. The only really good one was the one around episode 18 or so where Kaminagi's just been revived and she and kyo defeat the anti zega for the first time.

@kingjamie2 - Reminds me of Macross Frontier actually; where the main high-light in that series was the plot/love story.
